Horrible service!!! I ordered a curbside order. Every time I called, the to-go cashier placed me on hold and never came back to... the phone. My order was due to come out at 9:54pm. No one ever came outside. When I went in, no one was at the counter. I lookedaround and there, behind the counter was my food sitting there and God knows for how long. A lunch break missed, waiting forthem. Smh, then I get back to work ready to eat. Only to open my plate... ALL the sauce was was open at the bottom of the platebecause they were too careless to check if they were closed properly. Big mouth bits were DRY AND BURNT. NO Buffalo sauce on mydry boneless wings. And the Southwest Egg-rolls were cold. I literally work 5minutes down the street. There is no excuse for theservice I received and if I had the time to go back... I would have gladly done so. This a nice place, very clean. The menu is large and good. If you sign up for their rewards program you get a free chips and... salsa or a free non-alcoholic drink. The food was good. I sat at the bar and the drinks were poured good. The bartender wasawesome and attentive. My my came out quickly and was cooked perfect. I usually stop by a Chili's, on average, every 2-3 weeks because the kids like it and we don't mind the food. We decided to try... this location since we were in the area and we have never been to this particular location. This is the first time we entered aChili's (or if I remember, any restaurant), and the host/hostess is no where to be found. We saw another family also justwaiting around, with plenty of tables around. After more than 5 minutes has passed, I started to walk around to find anemployee, and near the bar/kitchen, I found a pair of employees talking to each other when I asked them where is the hostess. They looked confused and told me they would go find him. I returned to the front and saw yet another family come in alsoconfused as to where the host is. A few minutes later, some guy asks me what did I need. Confused with this question, Ireplied, "A table??" "Oh, sorry sir, these other people are waiting, and I think...uh, I think these other are waiting too?" After an awkward silence, I was promised a table within 10 minutes so we wait until he clears us out a table. We weren't givenmenus, utensils, nor were the kids given their usual crayons and activity/menu sheets. Thankfully, the waitress was phenomenal. She waited on our family and put in the appropriate orders quickly and correctly. Over the past few weeks, I ordered the samething since I have been in the mood for chicken sandwiches lately. This instance, all of our food was absolutely perfect. Thefries were perfectly fried, and the chicken sandwich had the perfect amount of juiciness and wasn't overly done. The blackbeans were hot and wasn't full of liquid. The strawberry lemonades were great, and my wife's tenders were also done great. Chips were drenched in oil an couldn?t even be eaten. Chicken sandwich was soggy. Quesadillas were soggy. The blue cheese was... bubbling from heat and wasn?t cold whatsoever. The only things that was good was the tap water and iced tea. Made me sick andruined my appetite. YUCK Read more
Great meal! I haven't been to a Chili's in a while but after this dinner, I'll be back. I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. ... Not the usual kind of burger for me but I felt like trying something new and I'm glad I did. It comes with avocado, pepper jackcheese, red onions, roasted jalapenos, tomato, pickle, and a Santa Fe sauce. The fries were excellent! The only minus wasservice was a bit slow at the bar. It wasn't the bartender's fault at all. She was rocking it, but just didn't have any help. She had the entire bar and tables around the bar to serve. I was going to take a star off the rating, but she was so nice anddoing her best, I still had a great dinner. I'll be back! Read more
We wanted some chilis because they had $6 presidente margaritas for National Margarita day. I also ordered for my entree Cajun... shrimp pasta, per usual it was delicious. We had two rounds each of margaritas, and the second round was very watered down.Kehlani, one of the supervisors remade the drinks, and they were amazing!! She informed me when the margarita aren?t shaken it?sbetter, due to her service we tipped her more then our actual server who was very mediocre. We will be back and only asking forher. :) Read more
I love this Chili's. I had my first date with my husband 12 years ago. We went here last week and we were a party of 16... people. They setup a few tables and had us sitting in less than 30 minutes. We had 1 waitress and I was a little worried wewere not going to get the service I wanted but I was shocked she was one of the best I have had in years. She was awesome. Food came out fast and cooked to our orders. I was so happy. We had to Birthday boyes. I will be going back! Read more
