I went this morning and purchased four wraps and two hash browns they didn?t have any eggs. But cool no worries but I get my... order and Nooooo hash browns inside the cashier got my order wrong and then had to charge me again. This Dunkin seriously the worst one ever. Always long line at drive thru and always close for walk in when they have full staff.... If you want to order from them make sure you have at least 40mins to wait at the drive thru. Read more
This location needs significant improvements. Every time I go I experience lack of customer service. Workers act like they do... not want any customers. Also I saw multiple times servers with long nails. I hope they fix these problems and we have a cleanDD. Read more
Came two days in a row. Walk in service closed. Only drive through. Cash only both days saying that the credit card is down. Who... carries cash anymore? I left both days. Will never come back. Staff seemed fed up. Read more
No longer open for walk in. Refused service and said drive through only. Took this picture and a woman with breads came out... thinking she was going to get an attitude and asked if I was taking pictures of her sloppy self. They all went in closed thedoors. Walked in for a donut. Saw the case had 4 to choose from so I was getting ready to leave anyway. One of the two women working... came out and yelled at us that the lobby was closed and asked us to leave while flipping her hair and waiving her arm and sayingto use the drive-thru. There?s no sign on the door, it?s 5:30p, there wasn?t a long line at the drive-thru, so we had no idea.Asked nicely and we wouldn?t have thought much of it. Very disappointing. Just received our dozen donuts and opened it in the car to find them already messed up! Glaze everywhere and... they forgot the sprinkles. Worse part, the lady at the window saw the donuts, heard my complaints and could have cared less.Staff could be heard from from drive through coughing and seem unmasked. I understand the attitude of the ladies inside, rushhour is exhausting, but I would never come here ever again or tell anyone to go there. Kids and I are very disappointed. First, the quality of customer service was poor. When I walked in most of the all Latina crew rolled their eyes, turned their... head, and walked away. No one took the initiative to greet customers. Moreover, their work output was low, I was almost latepicking up my order and I still had a long wait. Next, they demonstrated poor judgment in allowing multiple customers to standand block the mobile order pickup tray while waiting for their orders. Worst of all was the staff?s attitude. One employeetried to instigate a fight between me another customer standing at the pick up counter. In addition, there was no team effort orcommunication. I had to tell multiple employees the name on my order, including the manager. Then, when I finally got theorder, there were missing items in my order, discovered after I was told it was ready. And the staff wasn?t knowledgeable ofproducts available, one told me my missing item was in the refrigerator and another said it was out of stock, which in and ofitself is a sign of irresponsible management.
