Everything is BIG at FishBones! From the aquarium by the entrance to the bar area to the multiple dining rooms and the patio in... the back. The portions (and prices) follow the same theme, this is not a place for light eaters and careful spenders. Theatmosphere is top notch, especially on the patio. Service is professional and courteous and the food, while good, is notspectacular. A place worth experiencing. Read more
Awesome service. Reagan did a phenomenal job with our table - family of four. Almost pushed my rating to a 5! The food was good... to great. We had: triggerfish (flown in daily from HI), pork chop, shrimp, and prime rib. Also finished with a couple desserts -triple chocolate cake and caramel cheesecake. The pork chop may have been the best cooked I've ever seen. Jumbo fried shrimpwas good - not great. The triggerfish I had was really good. Interesting combination of nutty flavors, sweet and spicy. Theprime rib was a bummer. My son ordered this as medium (I know, medium... ????), which ended up coming out as the very last cutof the meat. Looked pretty old and cold. In hindsight, he should've ordered a more rare piece to ensure not getting thispiece. Desserts were amazing. You definitely pay for the experience, service and atmosphere here. Read more
I will start off with giving a huge shout out to our server Troy! I’m saying this wholeheartedly that he is the best server... I’ve ever had. You can really tell he loves what he does. Everything was AMAZING. We got the plank salmon, lobster Mac and cheese (the best Mac and cheese I've ever tasted in my life),... the cauliflower (a whole head of it, and I promise you've never tasted cauliflower like this), and the dragon sushi roll. Wewill definitely be back! Read more
Experience was Amazing! Setting was beautiful, we had a private Room celebrating my friend's daughter birthday. Great Ambiance.... Great Customer Service! The Waiters was magnificent, especially Joseph. Food was absolutely delicious and worth the price. PorkChops was great size, thick and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Excellent Cuisine in a Cozy elegant setting Is how I would describe this Restaurant. Inside you have plenty of seating that's... intimate with a little bit romanticness sprinkled in. Outside you have a nice setting with good surrounding views and the openair feel. We were also greeted with a musician singing. They have everything from oysters to sushi to steaks and pasta and it isall done well. Service was also good and very professional. When my daughter and I arrived we were greeted with a welcoming smile, (she told us her name, but I can't remember it), we were... seated right away. Then a beautiful young lady named Jaylee came, took our order. We were also welcomed by the Manager, ClintonTaylor. "Thank you" to both of you for your patience, generosity, hospitality, and service.
