They forgot my mashed potatoes at the drive thru and then told me they would not give them to me and told me to drive off. Also... be careful of the huge hole in the parking lot. The chicken and Coleslaw was good. Service is awful, well at least in the drivethru. Read more
Listen, I dont usually do reviews but if I do it's either REALLY bad or REALLY good. I dont know what other KFCs are doing to to... prepare their food, but they need to take a page out of this store locations book. everytime I'm called to go "in office" forwork I always go. Read more
Disgustin place, dirty as hell, I really regreted to buy my food over there because I came inside and order, did not realizad... first sight, but when I was waiting g for the order and got my soda, almost threw out, the soda machine is full of dry syrup allaround it, the dispenser for the to go utensils and ketchups, full of grease, dust, rest of food, well, to make this short, theonly good thing I can say is that the two ladies over there are nice and fun, but management must keep and eye on the cleaningpart and to be honest, dont understand how the health department ket them keep working. The Mac &cheese bowl is a bit smaller than the famous bowl but I think it's a winner. I haven't tried the spicy one yet though.... This review is 4 ???? instead of 5 because the popcorn chicken wasn't fresh. Make sure you ask for it fresh Read more
Seriously has gone down hill, I dont go often but when the biscuits are barely bigger than the ranch dressing packets and the... chicken is dry, there is no reason not to expand your horizon and try something else. Read more
I?ve ordered a bucket of chicken all dark meat, 2 large gravy, and a hot sauce just today. After i got my order, i got 2 white... meat and a wing part, gravy was watery and they didn?t put any hot sauce. I?ve been ordering quite a few times and they keep onscrewing up the order, its either they overcharge you or there is something missing on my order or they get your order wrong. Iwould understand if there were tons of people who were ordering at that time, I was the only customer, it only poured out afteri got my order. NEVER GO TO THE LAKE MARY KFC. They literally took my order and payment on the app and told me I had to order something else... when I pulled up to the speaker. When I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund I was told "calm yourattitude" I had to wait over 5 minutes, then a young woman threw a piece of paper with a corporate phone number in my car andslammed the window. I called back to get the manager's name and she refused. Read more
I went to the drive thru to order and when I got to the window they told me the amount and I decided to change one of the orders... to a chicken sandwich and they said they were out so I asked for something else and the lady refused to change my order and toldme I had to go around even tho I didn?t pay anything and I was just changing an order. They were very rude and kept repeating tome how it?s the convenience of the other customers yet there was no one behind us. I was just changing my order and I have to goaround for that?
