Ordered a medium coke and bacon egg and cheese McGriddle sandwich. The total came up to $6.08. Gave the cashier $20.08. She... asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. Pulled up to the next window and realized she only gave me $11. Told the person atthe window that I received the incorrect change. Asked if I have a receipt to which I said no. Told me to pull up and a managerwould come out to me. The manager came out. The manager however was the cashier who gave me the incorrect change. Now she issaying that she counted the till and it?s not over. I?m telling her I only had that one $20 bill and lots of change that?s why Igave her the 8 cents. Who is watching over the manager when they take the money from the till. She definitely gave me back thewrong change!!!! How many people did she give back incorrect change to this morning?? Just the principle of it. She didn?t giveme my extra $3 back. I definitely will not be back at that McDonald?s!!!! Read more
The two times I've visited since moving to the area have been terrible! The young lady in the drive thru window kept splashing... my car every time she would attempt to pass over a drink. She would be so aggressive with it the drink would spill onto theoutside of my car and the ground. They got our orders wrong and had us wait longer for fries that were just coming out buttasted last yesterday's leftovers reheated. Read more
Wish no stars option be available. Horrible! From 2 employees to one of the managers. I made the order in the drive thru, first... stop to pay, the cashier didn?t even gave me the receipt. I had to asked for it. And thank God I did. Second stop, got 2 drinksno 3, which I pay for. I was asked to go to spot 2 after the 2 drinks were handled it to me. When the girl handled me the food,I mentioned that I was missing a drink and she walked away from me. I asked her that if she heard me and she just kept walkingwith attitudes. I got out of the car obviously upset. When I went inside and asked for the manager, there was one of them. Whichat all moment justified the girl?s behavior and even asked me if what I wanted for her to scold the girl in front of me andeverybody. Because when the girl came in and told her I was missing a drink doesn?t justify that I be treated that way. Therehave to be respect to others and customer service is there for a reason. If this is how they treat their customers is very goodto know as I?ll be bringing my business somewhere else. Awful customer service! Read more
Quality here has dropped substantially. Seems to be no care taken by the employees to assemble a good sandwich for customers. ... One of my burgers wasn't even fully wrapped in paper. I could see the bun by just looking into the bag. Waited in the line ofcars for about 15 minutes. That's no longer fast food. Service at Burger King got so bad I stopped going there. Looks likethis McDonald's is heading in the same direction. Read more
This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. We ordered to dine in and after 25 minutes I went to counter... to find out where our food was. The girl acted like I was putting her out. Three different people looked at my receipt beforedetermining that someone had screwed up. Once I got our meals, they were missing fries and both drink cups. Went to the drinkstation after getting cups only to find the sweet tea container empty and no cup lids of any size. The tables and highchairswere all sticky and had to be wiped down prior to sitting. I would never go to this place again. Read more
I ordered a medium mocha frappe through drive -thru and I received and small mocha frappe and I told the lady at the window that... and she goes that?s medium like it clearly says S and I?m not a crab about my stuff but it?s my money I got scammed out of andif that?s the size of a medium I don?t wanna know what Large looks like Read more
This is the second time I?ve been through the drive through and ordered a bacon qtr pounder and it hasn?t had any bacon on it... the first time I didn?t say anything but this is the second time it?s getting pretty old. Read more
Best McDonald's in Seminole county! The service is 10/10. Fast, friendly and always hot food! The ice cream machine always... works. Play place open from 9am to 9pm. Also try the app. I always save money using the app. Read more
