I have been going to Roots Raw Juice Bar for about a year now. The staff is amazing and always pleasant however; the quality of... the smootys are definitely not what they were a year ago. I always get the PB Yay and the last few times I went, there wasn'teven a teaspoon of peanut butter in my smoothy. Hardly any fruit or granola either. It was just a soupy mess.The prices havegone up considerably too. So, today was my last trip there. So disappointing ???? I just wont spend over 12 dollars for a smallsoupy mess. Read more

I Honestly would Rate this place alittle different then normal. 5 Star concept! 1Star execution, mainly due to the customer... service. The cashier was very unpleasant, it seemed as if she didn?t care. Was evident in the smoothies, they taste terrible.The açaí bowl was just messy...it had great flavor just sloppy portions. This place is extremely expensive they have raised their prices and what your getting isn?t even good I have found other acai... bowl places in the area for much cheaper and they truly taste much better, also I have been there many times and believe meevery single time I?ve gone there the girls working there are always snobby and rude I don?t know why.
