I paid $14.05 for a chicken Cesar salad wrap?.. $14.05!!!! For a tiny wrap that had more that enough rips in it I ending up... eating the salad with my fingers in my car because once I left I realized there was no silverware in the bag. The ONLY reasonwhy I actually paid for ot was because I?m pregnant, was starving, only had a 15 minute lunch so at that point going ANYWHEREelse would make me late back to work AND there was a line of people behind that I didn?t want to hold up. Any other day I wouldhave walked out after seeing the final price for a REGUALR chicken wrap nothing special about it or added to it. Wish I hadgotten a receipt. Read more
Food was average. But service was terrible! I ordered online, gave 15% tip. Put instruction no feta cheese, came in to see feta... cheese. Worker Latoya said I did not put ?no feta cheese? in my order, but I did. Any how, do you really to argue with yourcustomers over feta cheese? I am allergic to cheese, I would eat it if I could? This restaurant lacks quality. We ordered online & they called back an hour later stating they were out of main ingredients. It... would?ve been nice if the food items that were out of stock weren?t listed on the online web or app. Overall, I recommend to notuse the app or online web to place order. It took weeks to receive over $30 back. Also, the quantity of food they give you for alarge salad is minimal. Would not return. Read more
My favorite place to get a good tasting and filling salad. The staff is friendly and will help you with any questions. It is... clean and well maintained. My salad is looks healthy but it was probably over 1300 calories with the same I customized it sobeware of that. Overall I would recommend checking it out. Read more
This is a regular bowl after adding protein to it. I don?t know what happened to this store, but after I complained to the... cashier, they ignored me, probably they think this is the right amount for a regular bowl? We?ve been eating Salata for twoyears, this is how you treat customers? I usually LOVE this place but lately, this location will NOT be on my list to drive to. The last time I was here, I got home and... they forgot to give me my dressings. Today, we walk in and what seemed like the manager was sitting and talking while screamingto the people in the back to come help us. We waited longer than we should have to get waited on. We we finally got someone, weliterally had to ask her to stop giving us baby portions of EVERYTHING, they were out of the spicy chicken completely and it wasnoon! She used her hands on most of the items, picking up items that fell on the counter or in a different item and justthrowing it back in the correct bind.
