Terrible. Ordered four Jr Frosties and two 6ct. Spicy nuggets. Drive-thru was slow as molasses, frosties were all melted, and... half the nuggets were cold. Then we tasted them to discover they weren?t spicy, either. Tried to go in the lobby to get themreplaced but it was locked. Would have gone back thru the drive thru but the line was even longer than before. Would neverrecommend. Read more
The drive thru person forgot to give my bank card back. I tried to go inside but the door was locked forcing me to go back... through the drive thru and wasting most of my lunch. When I finally got back to the window they lied and said I forgot my cardin the reader. I did not put my card in the reader. I gave it to the attendant who never presented the reader. Forgetting togive the card back is one thing. Lying about it is much worse. Take responsibility for your own mistakes. I will never go tothis Wendy?s again. Read more
The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I spent almost 30 min in drive threw line waiting. The lady there... barely spoke English and the only other person taking care of the food spoke zero English. The food finally came and it was coldas heck. How can management allow this to happen two people to run a whole restaurant? I don?t usually do reviews but I?ve giventhis place several chances and every time there is an issue. This is nothing against those two poor employees working alone inthere but the people in charge of this location. Then they have a number you can call to tell them how your experience was andthat also doesn?t work?hey if you can only afford to buy a franchise don?t do it???what?s the point??? If you?re the owner I?msure corporate would be disgusted by the shape and service of this location. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more

Worst Wendy?s experience that I have had. The guy taking orders was CLUELESS as to what was going on and couldn?t respond to... questions that I was asking. Food was COLD and not worth eating. Just keep driving! Read more

Traveling and stopped at this Wendy?s at 11:30 PM. Waited at the window for 11 minutes. They were only two customers ahead of me... . I ordered numbers 4 and 10 sandwiches only and a 4 for $4. Got back to my hotel to discover that there weren?t any tomatoeson our sandwiches and no condiments in the bag. Our sandwiches were bland and dry. The cashier could have extended a commoncourtesy to inform me that there weren?t any tomatoes and pay attention to small details like putting condiments in the bag.Please reconsider your food choice and not go there. If I would have known better I would have gone to the KFC next-door. Read more
How is this location not shut down by now? Absolutely the worst service ever I?ve ever had in my life. 45 minutes in the drive... through. There was only 4 cars in front of me. I also had to repeat my order 4 times and was a very simple order. 3 cars backedout of the line and left because of how slow it was. I will never return here again. Read more
