It was cold outside, about 55°, but the temperature inside was about the same. I asked the cashier, who was bundled up along... with all the other employees and all the customers, if the furnace was broken. She then called over the manager and said that wecomplained about the temperature. The manager just scoffed and said the heat was on. I commented, on what, 60°. She said no,it's on 70°. The customer service has fallen so far tot he wayside it?s unbelievable. I recently made a cash purchase through the drive... through. I gave the person enough so I would get $2 back. .05 cents fell to the ground. She refused to give me the $2 AFTER Igave her the correct money in change. Made my shakes and malts before the food so they were pretty well melted waited an additional 10 more minutes for the food. ... Seemed like slow service, I was the only one at the front counter when I came into the place. Drive thru was steady not the bestservice I have had. Food was good. Read more
You don?t offer large desserts as an option but they?re available to order, awesome. Last two times we?ve ordered larger... concrete mixers they?re mediums in a large cup. Filled maybe 3/4 full, not awesome. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered a concrete mixer. Paid and was told to pull to the front parking lot. Waited about 20... minutes and still nothing. I went inside to see where my order was and was told "I dont know. We have that screen and thisscreen and are so backed up." I told them to forget it and walked out. We waited 15 mins on our food and then when we finally got it and got home all to find we figured out why we waited so long and... five cars behind us got out of there before we did as they sent out burnt family size onion rings as they are so hard you can?teven eat them and to beat it all I asked for no onions on the burgers and well got onions. Lake Mills' Culvers serves crispy fries, a hot grilled chicken sandwich, and soft drink efficiently. The order was perfect and... I enjoyed my lunch in the car. But the best part was I could actually understand the woman on the microphone!!! Read more
They always seem to be busy when I go there yet staff are always fast and eager to please the customer. I have never went there... and felt like I wasn't welcomed in the store. I also really like how they hire individuals with challenges and teach them how todo a job and do it right the first time. Read more
