We had lunch from there 2 days ago and I gotta tell ya the store looks wonderful the food was delicious as usual BUT the best... part is the staff! Michelle the mgr is the best. Not location based and no fault of employee. Just based on corporate decisions I leave the following response from the operation... manager to a customer survey I took that fell on corporate ears. Dear Ricky, i believethe issue you are speaking of with the chicken being "mostly gristle" is actually the bacon in the chicken bacon ranch sub youhave ordered. about 6 months ago we went to a little thicker cut of bacon, it seems to be a bit more chewy because of beingthicker. if you like i would recommend asking for bacon to be heated seperate or longer so it is a bit crispier. As far as theprice goes, im sure you are aware if you go to the grocery store, All meats, chicken, bacon, ham, turkey has all gone up in thelast year, some things have doubled in price. we have seen these increases from our suppliers as well. Subway does not care about the environment. Recycling and trash were the exact same bin, they?d rather destroy our planet than... have to take out an extra waste bin. Disappointed but not surprised :( Read more
