Every time me and the fam are in Lake Odessa, this pizza place is at the top of everyone's list! Some places are too bready or... are too skimpy on the ingredients, but not Marco's! Marco's Pizzas are filled with a ton of flavor, fresh ingredients, and havethe perfect ratio of bread, cheese, sauce, herbs, and toppings no matter what you order! This Marco's is amazing! They don't skimp on the toppings - a two-topping large pizza is *hefty*. They even deliver a bit... outside of their normal range, so those of us in Sunfield can get some delicious delivery. They are a bit expensive compared toother chain pizza joints, but the quality and quantity are worth it. Read more
Typically, Marcos is our best bet for delicious, decently priced pizza, here in our small town....IF you order the right... thing. But everytime I order ANYTHING with ham OR bacon on their pizza, I am reminded of why I stick to other specialtypizzas. 1st: The ham is....chewy...fatty and usually has the consistency of undercooked meat. Its gross. 2nd: for theLOVE....PLEASE....STOP CALLING CHOPPED UP UNDERCOOKED HAM "Bacon"! Its not! I understand that Bacon and ham come from the sameanimal.....but chopped ham is not Bacon. Its not crispy and it never tastes like ANYTHING close to bacon. If you want a pizzawith actual delicious bacon on it....I suggest Pennys....or better yet, Portland Party Store (its a drive but it is THE BESTpizza you can get in 3 counties).
