I love waiting 25 mins for a sub because they are making online orders in front of customers already in the store.
Ordered chicken teriyaki sub, was given plain chicken. Called and was told they would replace it, pick up in 20mins. Waited 20... mins, arrived and waited another 20 min, was given plain chicken again with teriyaki sauce dumped on at the end. Full disclosure, Subway isn't my favorite sub place. That being said, it's ok, for the price. Unfortunately, it seems like every... time I come here one or more of the ingredients to my first choice they have ran out of. So I hardly ever get what i reallywant.
