Should have read the reviews first. If I could give it zero I would. Fries obviously have been sitting out for days. Stone cold... and very old. Tossed in the trash. Chicken tenders exactly the same - very old, breading was just a rock and cold. Not edible.Daughter got 1 chicken breast, same. Cold and inedible same hard rock breading. Smelled pretty rank too. I threw everything outdidn?t want anyone getting sick or salmonella. If this is the condition of the food here, they need to close before someone getsseverely sick. Read more
Chicken was either burnt or the oil in the fryers hasn't been changed, so I went to return my food and get new, and I got the... Manager, who looked irrited at the fact that I came back and was wanting the old food I had LEFT with to come back through thewindow even though I DID tell her not to due to food safety regulations. I did not want to BUT she insisted it was CO.PANYPOLICY to take the food back. NOT nice people and awful food quality. NEVER going back!! Everything they COULD do wrong, theydid. Funny thing, I see the owner has read and responded to a FEW of the reviews. The SAME red haired rude MANAGER with theGOD AWFUL work ethic and customer service skills, is STILL emoyed there. Drive thru service has been deplorable. Waited 30 mins they only gave us our drinks and had us wait another 10 for the actual... food. We shut the car off to wait because they took so long. Ended up having to get an entirely different order. Is thereanother close by? Won't be returning. Read more
What is the point of online ordering if you have to wait in line. I tried to go in because it said online pick up was in the... store. The store closes at 8:30, my order was supposed to be done at 8:20, at 8:40, Im still waiting. The service is less than 1star but that's not an option. The drive through line Absolutely awful experience and I should've learned my lesson fromprevious awful experiences. Line was full. They are probably spitting in my food. I want a full refund but that won't happen. Iwill never, ever come back again and I suggest that you don't. Bowls are half full and the chicken doesn't even look like KFCchicken. Read more

I went through the drive-thru to get my daughter some popcorn chicken. The service was fast and friendly. Her food was fresh.
