Walked in with a friend and was greeted by a huddle of 5/6 waitresses who all exchanged looks before one said "Who's going to... take them?" and we stood there for at least 60 seconds without even being greeted before one finally said "you can sit wherever"(The sign said please wait to be seated.) There were several unbussed tables and the floor was disgusting; my shoes weresticking as I walked to find a clean-ish table. We ordered soup and two meals. The bowls of soup were as cold as my glass ofwater and my cold chicken dinner was laid out on tomatoes and lettuce, which I've never seen before as garnaches? Throughout ourwhole experience, the tables around us remained unbussed while staff stood at the front on their phones. Lake Orion needs more options for breakfast. The Lakehouse is not a breakfast joint, Leos can't get out of their own way. Really... a group of scattered brained waitresses in there running all iver the place, constant carry out orders effect service forcustomers dining in. Food is average to below average best. Hopefully someone opens a new breakfast place soon. Read more
Food is good and I am a frequent customer. The staff is friendly and they work very hard. However on busy days they really need... to increase the number of staff that work the phones/register and Takeout. I am finding that on those days the phone is busyfor long periods of times. Addtionally at times I see that there is quite a bit of food sitting at the ready station waiting tobe packed up. I find myself waiting for my food even past 20 mintes. Even when it is clearly sitting up at the ready station. The one gal does way to much and just can't keep up at times. I will keep coming back though. Read more
I will never eat at this place or order food from it you're typically held up for at least 20 minutes. Order food and they... should start on it within 10 minutes of your arrival never on time. Today I was poisoned been on the toilet four times in thelast hour 2 hours after eating the food. Never again Read more
I go here alot and I will say for the most part I don't really ever have an issue. However on busy nights like Friday's, sat... and sun they need to hire more then one person to run the register and doing take out. The gal that is always there, has alotgoing on and simply can't keep up at times. Addtionally there phones are busy more often then should be which if exteremlyannoying. Just need to do better when it comes to multitasking. Read more
Unfortunately, this place doesn't have cooks that can cook anything more than hot dogs or flip eggs. I ordered a special for... carryout. The meat must have been dropped in the oil used to fry the fish. The entire meal tasted and smelled like fried fish -it was disgusting, not to mention I was supposed to get a side of soup with my meal which wasn't included in my order. Bewarewith To-Go orders. The floors were dirty and had trash throughout the restaurant on the entire floor, the tables look dirty and sticky even after... being wiped, food crumbs on them too. The bathrooms were dirty with paper towels on the floor. We love Leo's and think theirfood is really good but will never come back to that restaurant again!!! Read more
We had the best waitress here. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out. We had a big party and received excellent... service and food. I wish the Leo's by our house was as good as this one Read more
