I gave this pizza place a "0" in atmosphere because it's just a pick-up station. The pizza was hot and fresh (sound familiar?)... And the counter-man was courteous and friendly! Read more

This place is not it. Called tonight to ask how to order dip and they said through doordash. I let them know that I was calling... because it's not an option through doordash and they said they were going to ask their manager and hung up. Called back and theyhung up. Call back and asked for the manager and the person on the phone said they were the owner. I began to ask my questionand the call disconnected. I called back and was laughed at stating they were laughing because I kept calling. Really? I justwanted to know how to order dip because doordash didn't give the option and didn't expect any issue. Clearly kids pretending tobe managers. Tried to call back and no answer. At least I hope it's not the manager or owner. Literally, if the owner is awareof this, wow. If not, they need to be aware, and get a staff that cares about their company. Read more

Very small lobby. Ordered hot n' ready extra most bestest, cheese bread sticks, and hot wings. Informed of 15 minute wait on... all items "but we have crazy bread." Looked over to see a full bin.. 15 or so crazy bread ready to go. Bought a classic pizzathat was hot n' ready and left 1 minute later. Read more

On November 13th I ordered 5 pizzas and asked for extra sauce on all of the pizzas due to the pizzas in the past had no sauce on... them. When I arrived home the pizzas had minimal sauce. I called due to the lack of sauce and was told by the store managerthey were closing in 15 minutes so I had to keep the pizza until the next day, bring them back and the order will be remade. Noapology for the oversight. I had a house full of people at my house last night and I couldn't get the order remade tonight nordo I have anything else to feed the people in my home in addition I paid for this order. What am I supposed to do at 9pm atnight after already paying over $40? I called 2 times before I received an answer and I couldn't get my order corrected. Thisis unacceptable and they really need to work on their customer service. I've been to several other pizza chains like Pizza Hutand Hungery Howies where they actually apologize for the error and offer to make the order correct immediately or they offer acredit for the mistake. This is the second of two bad reviews I have given a restaurant in my life. The other restaurant is now closed. The crazy thing... is it's nothing to do with the taste of the food. The pizza was fine. Unfortunately Caesar's must be having trouble attractingstaff let alone any that know how to deal with the public. #1 there wasn't anything "Hot & Ready" in the store at 2:30pm on aSunday afternoon. #2 the nice (although mis-informed employee) explained a hot & ready pretzel crust could be made in 6 minutes.I said ok, paid for it and went back to my car to wait 6 minutes. Came back in 6 minutes later to an angry employee named Kellystating they take 6-8 minutes and she stormed off into the back for 4 minutes while she told the first employee that she didn'tsee my order. Then she asked when I ordered it. At exactly the 10 minute mark, she came out with my pizza, tossed the pizza onthe counter and started heading to the back. I said "excuse me" my receipt says 2:39pm its 2:50pm, why was I told 6 when it isclearly over 10? She got very upset, yelled at me that there were only 2 of them in the store and said its 6-8 minutes. Icouldn't help but point out her math was incorrect as it was 10+. She then took it up a notch, walked away and kept yelling HAVEA NICE DAY over and over. Perhaps explaining calmly that there were only 2 working (I saw 3 people in the back) and that is whythey were behind would have de-escalated the situation. Instead, rudeness, yelling and telling me to leave was the solution...Caesars corporate will get a call Monday morning so they know how people are being treated on Kelly's shift. This isunacceptable in today's world. A kind word, a little explanation, perhaps a free dipping sauce can cure a lot of problems.Yelling at a stock holder does not. A personal apology would go far. You can figure out how to reach me I am sure. Read more
