I like the food here. We had a poor experience yesterday with a new waiter. He argued that potatoes were extra with the rib... dinner and we didnt order them. Didn't bring my extra side of slaw with my wings, then tried to say the slaw on the rib dinnerwas mine. Didn't ask how I wanted the wings done. He was new, but should know that generally the customer is right and toapologize for a mistake. I generally don't complain, but it was my husband's birthday dinner and was disappointed. Have been going here almost regularly since I moved to Lake Orion 2 years ago. Unfortunately the food quality has gone extremely... down hill. We used to order chicken tenders. They changed the chicken tenders and it seems like lower grade chicken that isrubbery when cooked. We actually see people who order them send them back. Today we orderd the chicken mashed potato bowl. It?scalled a chicken bowl and there were only a few small pieces of breaded chicken with a slim amount of corn. But the worst partabout it was that it tasted like they dumped an entire salt shaker in the mashed potatoes. It was inedible, but we didn?t wantto be rude, so did not send it back. We also ordered the prime rib philly sub. It was served extremely over cooked. The breadwas hard and the shaved meat was crispy. I hate to leave this review, but the last few times we have gone we?ve wanted to sendthe food back. Unfortunatly we will not be back for food, but will still come for a few drinks and a good time. Held a family gathering of 20+. Management was awesome with arrangements and very open to special requests. Planned the entire... event with one phone call. Placed two additional calls to request add-ons with no problems. The staff were inviting, courteousand very attentive - never having to wait for additional requests or drink orders. I got the big daddy Mac and it was soooo delicious! We sat at the bar and it was our first time being there since the remodel.... Definitely love the upgrades made and the all around feel of the atmosphere. It was so small and dark and now is so bright andbeautifully decorated! Will definitely be back! Read more
