The person preparing my food had her cellphone out and texting on it. She had on rubber gloves, she did not remove her gloves... while she was texting. She put her phone back in her pocket and started to prepare my food. I politely asked her to change hergloves. I guess she got mad and went into the kitchen for a few seconds and came back out, took off the old gloves and put onsome new gloves. Read more
It's really unfortunate how retail and service industry staffing situation has really degraded overall service and almost every... facet. I do not hold the store personally responsible by any means but being in Regional retail management I can appreciate thestruggle at the employees are going through. It's typically safe to say that whether it's upper management out of store orinternal management is struggling to find people at a fair wage that are enjoying the workplace due to understaffing. I know thestore and team is trying but I've been shopping at this store for the last 7 years and it definitely has changed overall waittimes are significantly longer and there seems to be a lot of disorganization in the food prep area. This location is in need of some SERIOUS help. I kind of wanted to ask one of the employees to "blink twice if you're not okay."... The whole place is a disgusting messy disaster (I can't imagine working in those conditions). Dirty tables, sticky floors,gross drink station with stains and spills. A glance into the kitchen food prep area shows messy stations, and floors covered infood and trash. We also waited 20 minutes extra for our food. I heard one of the people waiting next to me whisper "this placeis a disaster" to their friend. I thought the employees were friendly enough, but whoever is managing this location is eitherincompetent or just plain does not care. Either way it's pure negligence. I?ve visited this location 4 times in the last month. Two times they had no bread and the other two times no soup. Today over... half of their items were sold out at 1 pm, no cashier, and line was 20 people deep with only one iPad to order from. I?m a fanof Panera Bread just not sure why this location is struggling so badly. Read more
This place has really gone downhill. Napkins and other trash all over the floor. It?s 1:30 in the afternoon and the bathrooms... have not been touched since opening, paper towels overflowing out of the containers and toilet paper on the floor in unmoppedstalls. One kiosk working and every other menu choice displays a message saying ?sorry no chipotle sauce? or ?we?re out oflettuce?. A worker sits in view doing nothing at all. I have plenty of time to write this review because I am the 12th person inline. I?m wondering why I am here? Won?t make this mistake again? Waited 30 mins for a pick up order that should have taken ten? then got home and had the completely wrong order. It was fairly... busy which I understand waiting a little longer but 30 mins is crazy and for everything to be wrong when it states on the bagwhat your order is?. Be aware, they use horseradish on their steak and cheese. Panera always has something good to offer. Broccoli cheddar soup and... their tomato bisque are simply amazing. They also have lots of options so you can always find something good and it's fairlyhealthy Read more
