Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this Mr Pita. I want to first say, my family and I have been eating Mr Pita for well... over 10 years. We have always ordered Mr Pita for any type of party/gathering. Since moving, my original pita location is justway to far. I found this one and I placed my order at least a week before the party. The young lady taking my order was friendlyand went back over my order for me which were three pita platters mixed with different pitas (of my choice). I asked her toleave a $20 tip as I had to pay upfront for the platters. I then call the day before the party to confirm that my order willstill be okay to pick up. I got a different girl who told me she had actually just finished making the pitas. I thought that wasodd because with all the toppings and meat sitting on the bread overnight, there was a chance it was going to be soggy. Sheasked me if I wanted the dressing on the side so it doesn?t make the pitas soggy. Ironic. Day of the party I get a call from thesame girl and she said did you want all three platters Greek ? I said no it was a mix. She then proceeded to place blame on theyoung girl who took my order. Saying she did it wrong. Honestly I don?t believe that for one bit. I think the girl who made theplatters didn?t pay attention to the order and panicked. Mind you this is 30 minutes before I have to pick the platters up toget them to the party. I had no choice but to just deal with all Greek. I go to pick them up and I?m asked to sign a receipt andtip. I said I already paid and tipped and my bank was charged $131. The manager told me that that had to be incorrect and it wasprobably just a pending charge and to wait. It wasn?t pending but I didn?t have time to sit around trying to handle something Idid over a week ago. I was only offered an apology, I was not offered a discount of any type. Absolutely and unbelievably unreliable, this is the 3rd time I?ve ordered delivery from here and they?ve sent the driver on... their way to me with half of my order. I ordered a large deep dish with bread sticks and a 2 liter and they show up with justthe pizza, after calling and them reassuring me they would send someone right out with the rest of my order. Here I sit an hourand a half later still with no beverage or bread sticks. I will never again order from this poorly run business. Read more

My order got mixed up, but they did their best to fix the error. So even with the problem, service was a 4.25, pizza 3.75 I'm... only visiting and I expected a crisper crust on a Detroit style pizza. Maybe I misunderstand what makes a good Detroit style,but a bit crisper would have been good to me. Read more

The ladies who cashed me out were nothing but kind! Who I believe to be the owner continuously harassed me on how they already... closed by the time I got there to pick up my order.. and calling me by name just to make a rude comment. I?ve worked in customerservice since I was 14 and I understand people coming in at close is frustrating .. I unfortunately didn?t realize how earlythey closed because most papa Romano?s are open till atleast 9-10pm... nothing less that?s not how you treat people! I leftcrying, felt embarrassed as it was knowing they were closed.. Hope for others that they have a better experience than I did. Iwill not be spending any more money here. Read more
