I was there with my family yesterday afternoon . We ordered for mac & cheese at the drive thru and was asked to pull forward ,... waited for 10 mins to hear that there were no Mac&cheese available . I was tryin to tell the person that i was asked to pullforward , She shut the window twice and when i ask for manager/supervisor . The response was she is the MANAGER :(. A joyfulride with family turned into a discussion of how to treat people each other (my kids were not happy too) . Not coming back!!!!!! Very good sandwiches, just wish they were toasted longer. The chicken pot pie soup is sooo good, order with extra pot pie... topping ????. The bag mini of mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are really good also. Read more
Food is always good when available. 1 out of 5 chance I won?t have to wait 20 minutes to get soup, shift change, make bread,... slice meat, or were sold out. My favorite was this evening when I asked could you turn on the menu light so I can see. We don?thave a light was the reply I received. And to top it off how about ? We don?t have butter here?. I've been craving a lot of sandwiches lately so we placed an online order for carryout after a day of shopping. The wreck... sandwich and cup of soup were both fantastic. They were ready for pickup when we arrived. The loaded potato soup was still veryhot so I know it hadn't sat out for a long time. Don't believe the bad reviews from those hating on chain restaurants. Ordered delivery at my work which was on time and the order was correct. I got the chicken salad regular sandwich customized... with extra chicken salad and spinach and seasonings, mac salad, iced tea and chips. Food was fresh and the tea was ice cold. Great job!!! Read more
This is a yummy little spot. Flavors, consistency, and texture were really good (bread was a little hard, cut the roof of my... mouth). Bummed they didn't have plain banana peppers for an Italian sub. Chips were good. IBC Rootbeer is the bomb. Price isreasonable, same as any sub shop. Customer service was OK.
