I ordered online from here, trying to make my day better, a drink with no ice and I used my points so it was free. They gave me... it half full then the guy said he could add more milk and, although that?s not what I wanted, I said sure. I guess his managersaid he couldn?t cause he would have to charge me. But if I would?ve asked for extra milk online it would?ve been free like allof the other add ins so why not just add some more milk and move on with our days. At tropical smoothie if your cup isn?t fullwe make more smoothie to fill it and we don?t charge you. If I ask what size something is, you show me the cup and I order it, Iexpect it to be filled to the top, some places it?s spilling out. Yesterday I went inside for the first time to order. I stood there for a few minutes, not one person acknowledged me. As I... waited trying to make eye contact with at least one person, Not one person looked at Me. I have never felt so invisible. 5 WOMENworking yesterday(Sunday). There was no one ordering at the drive-through. There was 3 cars just waiting for their drinks. Andmind you I was the only person in line and no one was waiting for their drinks inside. All of the People who work at this location are incredible they make my morning every single day. Sometimes I don?t even want to... get up out of bed but they always always put a smile on my face and make it worth it. And the coffee is always madewonderfully.?? I normally don't go to Starbucks but it was on my way to work and coffee was definitely needed today. I got THE BEST service!... They were all happy, friendly, helpful and fast! I was thrown off that there was a person physically there to take my order vsusing the speaker but she was extremely helpful and extremely welcoming. Her upbeat attitude and positive demeanor wasinfectious. I do wish the menu was there to see but that's just because I am a socially awkward person but she was great aboutit and didn't make me feel bad. I also loved hearing employees compliment and encourage each other while I was at the window. Itwas so refreshing and I can't say enough good things about my experience today. I will be back! Staff was super helpful with customizing a drink for my wife that doesn't eat dairy oand can't have caffeine. It was really kind... of them.
