This place is great. The sandwiches are so fresh and tasty. I like the classic ham or the ham, turkey, and bacon. Both toasted.... Good to make it a meal with chips and pop too. My family likes their ham on Easter or Christmas also. Such friendly staff. Read more
Such a rude store. Employees treated my mother horribly. Show a little kindness to your customers and explain that you need a... reservation to order hams and don?t make them wait in line. Time for management to step in and retrain the entire store. Read more
The store was busy when we got there, yet the wait time wasn't bad, considering. There was an error on my sandwich, which... wasn't discovered until I got home, but still, it was delicious. The young woman who took our order was friendly, attentive, anda delight to deal with. Further proof of the store's deserved high mark is that the line of customers waiting to place theirorders was truly out the door when we left. Error or not, yes, I will be back. Read more
This was my first time ordering a honey baked ham. I placed an order inside the store on November 18th. First problem was they... don't let you pay ahead of time. I wanted to pay ahead to guarantee I'd get the ham I wanted. Second problem I couldn't orderthe exact size ham I wanted. My receipt said between 8-10 pounds. When I went to pick my ham up they tell me they only have 12lbs hams and up left. I didn't need a ham that big. If you take preorders then you know what the customer wants, so why not haveit available? Big disappointment. Read more
Just as a feedback, here goes my comment. Product is awesome. I ordered and paid online, and set a time for pickup, way in... advance. Today, I went to pickup the ham. No record of my order, ham was not ready. People were very nice and attentive, but wasgetting frustrated seeing people get in and out with their orders..Can not explained what happened. Just thankful clerks were soattentive and ended up taking care of me. Read more
Expensive food. Cashier says "hi welcome to honey baked ham can I have your phone number to get you started"?... I almost left... cuz a sandwich shop wants to sell my info before asking me about what food I want. Read more
