I have complained on several occassions on the misrepresentation of the $2 off if you take the survey on next visit. I... atttempted to take the survey and it is not available. I have complained to the manger at your store stating this is falseadvertisement and he had no answer for me. I asked for the $2 off and he referred me to the owner. In fact, the cashier did noteven know what I was talking about. Obivisoulsy, no one reads what the receipt states. Until this is removed I am requesting toreceive the $2 off since it is printed on the receipt. I have been to your restuarant several times and you have not made goodon applying the $2 off. I was recently at this Baja Fresh location. I?m generally pretty happy with it but not this time. When I got home with my order,... it contained the wrong item. One much less expensive than what I ordered. I called the store, and was put on hold to speak tothe manager. I gave up after a lengthy wait and sent them a complaint via their web site. The auto reply I received said theywould get back to me within 24 hours. It?s been almost a week now and no response. Poor customer service! Read more
