Frequent consumer of this pizza chain, usually at the local store every 1-2 weeks for years. Given a pickup time of 6:15, it's... now 6:30, still in the oven. There are plenty of other options. One other customer in the store and staff goofing around. Sad tosee. Read more

I?m a part time Uber eats driver and this place is 0/3 for me on a satisfactory pickup. Two lost tickets so they didn?t even... know the order was placed until I got there, and the third time they had it but didn?t start until arrival. It?s always a bunchof kids that aren?t being supervised so it?s no wonder they can?t keep anything straight. If you?re an Uber driver and see thisplace pop up as a delivery just deny it. Read more

The worse service I?ve received in an entire lifetime, sat there for 10 minutes watching 6 children slap pasta sauce on bread... (with paint brushes mind you and I?m not kidding), to a girl never once acknowledging I?m standing there in line. It felt likethey hired the entire lake Oswego high school and no one in charge. The guy standing behind me finally tapped my shoulder andsaid ?has anyone even acknowledged you standing here?? And I replied ?actually no, I?m not even sure any of them work here? andwe watched the girl in the back drop a pizza pan on the floor and kick it with her foot under the table. Someone from the backthen came out and asked if I needed something, I said we had placed an order over an hour ago she fakely stated ?oh I justpulled that one out? as I stared at two boxes that had been sitting on the oven for over 10 minutes. Pizza crust was chewy,super greasy. Maybe it?s just this location and we?ve had Better in the past from bellagios but super disappointed overall. Nomanagers seem to ever be present. Read more

Haven?t ordered in a while and now I remember why. I called tonight and was told it would be a long wait. Not a problem on our... end. I asked if I could still order and he laughed at me and said? it?s like a 2 hour wait?. I understand busy days but don?tmake your customers feel ridiculed for wanting to spend money on your food. Never again. Just lost a customer. Train your staffto be better on the phone. It?s not hard to be polite. Read more

As a delivery driver myself I would expect good customer service and respect. These high school kids have no respect for others.... They need to learn better time management. As well as when you estimate an order to be ready within 15 minutes and you come backto check and it appears to still not be ready.. This is unprofessional... I have other orders I have to deliver to ans waitingfor over an hour gets my orders cold.... As a restaurant it is your duty to make sure that orders are hot tell they're handedover to the customer.... Better management would be best or train these high schoolers how to be responsible employees.. If youcan't be respectful to your customers you don't belong at this establishment period. I run my own business and this is not how abusiness should be ran! Read more

We ordered our pizza through Grubhub and received a completely different order. Since our son is gluten free we obviously... couldn't keep the order. We called Bellagios and they said they had no idea what order we were talking about and that we wouldhave to pick up our original order. When we picked up the order the pizza was incorrect and extra dressings we ordered weremissing. The response from the staff was unacceptable and the execution was less than subpar. I was VERY disappointed with ourexperience and will likely not return. Read more

Really enjoy Bellagios for our family pizza nights. I like the dough and the toppings are fresh. The pizzas never are heavy or... greasy. Nice service every time I come in for pickup. Love that they have an app now too. Read more

We arrived here kind of late. Turns out they were technically closed, however, this young man working named John did not shun... us away. He said I have a client running late all the way from PDX airport for a to go order, and welcomed our pizza order. Hewas energetic and a hard worker with a great attitude. The manager and owner should work to mentor this kid as I would if heworked for me at my establishment to help him grow within the company he?s got the talent and charisma. I will be returninghere because of the service and treatment I received from John at the end of his shift late at night where it?s easy to becomplacent and mail it in. Very impressed. Read more
