The food was good typical pub food it was good. The wait time to get food was so long. Ordered and only half came out then 30... mins to get fries. Not sure why they are so slow. My waitress was nice and apologized. So not impressed can't imagine goingback. Read more
I just move to the neighborhood and decided to try Duke's, glad I did. It's a great spot to hang out with friends or family and... enjoy a nice beer. The food was great, especially the fish and chips. The fish was delicious and fresh, perfectly fried. Ourwaitress was very nice and had a great experience overall. Read more
Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is above average pub fare with great salads. Beer selection is somewhat spartan but still... good. Plentiful outdoor covered seating for a comfortable pandemic outing in almost all weather. A recommended and relaxed LakeOswego experience. Read more
You've probably used the term "pub food" to imply food that is predictable and so-so. And usually that's okay because you're... there for the atmosphere or beer ???? or both. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food at Duke's pub to be very, very good.Deserving of much more than just "pub food"! Food was decent but our server was incredibly rude/hostile and made for a terrible dining experience. I can understand if it?s... busy and the food is taking a long time, but to give an attitude and hostile responses for the ~incredibly inconvenient~requests of asking for a water refill and the dressing my salad was supposed to come with is beyond ridiculous. On top of this,we couldn?t get silver ware, refills, straws, for over 30 minutes. Won?t be coming back here and suggest you don?t either. Read more
Our waitress was okay, was not professional, seemed very out of place and not all there. There weren't alot of cheese curds for... the price we paid, the pretzel was burnt. We were seated outside and we saw MICE! It was outright disturbing, loss of appetiteand the fact that the back door was open to the outside who knows what they were cooking in the kitchen. Food was great, service was prompt for the most part, good selection of beers. Maybe avoid if you don't like having a plethora... of children running around playing but we didn't mind it gave it a very neighborhood pub feel. The outdoor seating was nice, wewere sat on the porch(ish?) area as opposed to out front by the road, which was nice though the front seating looks inviting aswell if not a bit more loud due to the cars. Cornhole out front to play if you're into that, and they have a plethora of heatersaround the area. Overall a really cool place to unwind, we'll be returning and getting some more nachos :) Read more
