Holy Taco has a great atmosphere both inside and out. The menu was pretty expansive with lots of options and the drinks were... fantastic. The food was just ok and took quite a long time to come out. I would say the service definitely left something to bedesired and our whole table probably would have had several rounds of drinks had the server been around often enough. We tried this place out a few weeks back and had the best time. From the moment you walk in the door, the vibe from all the... staff is fun and inviting. Our server Matt recommended a drink for my husband, I can’t remember and the taco with crispychicken inside and honey! We were blown away! So good and unique. Came here today for a visit being new to Portland and all. Not sure if it's just me being from SoCal but I dont think a Carne... Asada Taco to go priced at $5.50 should look like this. But the dine in experience was nice. The dine in Plating andpresentation was good but they definitely prioritize the outdoor seated customers over indoor since they took a little longer totake our orders. A cozy restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. They have a live musician playing guitar on Wednesdays. The only... disappointment was that the corn tortillas did not taste like freshly hand made tortillas. That being said, I thoroughlyenjoyed my tacos despite this. The corn are definitely better than the flour tortillas. I have had salads, tacos and soup.Everything was delicious and this Latina enjoys eating here. Good tacos could have been better with a double tortilla to hold the meat inside. The chicken taco was crunchy and the beef was... tasty. Price was a bit on the high side, their chips though is well worth the price of admission. Parking is plenty in thenearby garage or street parking and lots of other shops nearby. Read more
