Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 4:30 pm, and we were told that it would be at the house in an hour. At 6:00 pm we started to... call them to get an idea when we could expect the pizza? Noone answered the phone after several calls. We thought maybe theyclosed earlier because of upcomong Thanksgiving .We went down to the restaurant The manager acted put out they we were everthere inquiring! I asked in the future for him to just pick up the phone and to call to explain the delay. Don't give customersan attitude that have to drive down to verify if they need to purchase another dinner elsewhere! When you have a business youhave an obligation to deliver on your promises! Don't hide from responsibility by not communicating! Eventually received ourcold pizza after two and half hours. Give a break!! Read more
This place is a nice place to sit and get pizza. Take out is also good. We regularly get take out here but the only issue is... that their online ordering does not always work well or at all. The pizza has always been good except for a dip in qualityduring the pandemic. It reminds me of pizza parlors from when I was a child. Read more
This is a solid location that makes good pizza. Want to shoutout to Jake for being great under pressure. Busy Friday afternoon... with a large boys birthday (not mine) and a leaky roof. Myself and my two small children received kind and quick service despiteall the other priorities. Will come back again. Read more
I waited 45 min of the 25 min the kids working promised me. I bought a beer & sat at the bar area waiting. I told them 3 times... where I was so they had no excuses again, learned from previous bad experience. 45 min later I asked them what is the delay....they then proceeded to hand me my pizza that has been sitting there. If only that was the end...... no wings were made so theyhanded me the pizza & said to wait again for the wings to be made..... 20 min again. Then I finally get everything home ( 1 hr& 25 min later). Pizza was maybe half cooked & missing sauces that I had purchase. Oh ya, the restaurant was empty & roofleaking water everywhere. I'd recommend anywhere else than this place. Worst service, terrible quality of food. My experiencefor the 3rd time trying to give them benefit of the doubt...... terrible idea - never again. Real rating is Zero !! Read more
According to whomever answered the phone, there is no longer a buffet. He said, "that ended years ago." Response to RTP: Thank... you for the quick response. I can certainly understand at the height of the pandemic closing down the buffet part of yourrestaurant. The website says you still have a salad bar, how does this differ from the pizza bar? Will the pizza bar return inthe future or has that part of the business been removed permanently? RTP has always been wonderful, and you still have mybusiness. Read more
Worst pizza place ever. Takes them atheist 1 hr to make a pizza. Came in 45 min after ordinary online and they said 20 more min.... 30 min later I'm still waiting. What is going on with this place. Let me preface this by saying I've been a customer here since 1987. The pizza and salad bar was always exceptional up until... recently. The service was always great as well. Not anymore. The food quality is now dismal and the staff is angry and outrighthostile. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting with rotten lettuce and other things that were obviously out of date. Plus thepizza quality control and amount of toppings is skimpy. All that aside, the ladies that work here obviously hate any customersactually coming into the establishment simply based on the fact that this place used to be always busy and now it's empty.Simply not sustainable. They've ran everyone off, especially the manager lady. Twice now when I've visited she's also having ameltdown and screaming like a banshee at the employees in the back. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. The whole thing is ashame because it used to be a treat to visit here. Read more
