This used to be my favorite store but it has quickly become worse and worse. I am not sure what is happening here. I am not even... that picky at all but every drink we get lately is just wrong ???? and the staff is so rude and literally mean. Like I get it,customer service is a terrible job but I am a nice person. And I am happy to give large tips. Mitch is always stellar as usualbut he's not always there. Read more

The baristas aren?t consistent with how they make their drinks. You get something one day then the next day you ask for the same... thing and you?re told that?s not a thing?? Read more

I had an unwelcoming experience at this Starbucks that makes me not want to return. I placed an online order and asked whether... I needed to show my receipt in order to pickup my drink, but received an extremely condescending response from the barista, asif my question wasn?t valid. No one greeted me, no one told me to have a nice day, despite me remaining pleasant towards thebarista and thanking them for my drink. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I believe good customer service and kindness areimportant, especially during times like these. *My drink was also made incorrectly* Read more

Overall a good SB. Cleanliness is spotty but they do clean often as seen in this picture. I think I caught them as they were on... rotation as there was some half spilt y?all drink on the floor when I came in. Drinks are 90% correct overall. So a goodpractice to occasionally check your drink if you?re a regular. Staff are friendly and this store seems to visually embody/matchstarbucks alignment in that folks from all walks of life are welcome. Conversations behind the counter are always customerfirst. It?s rare that I?ve experienced a personal conversation present in lieu of customer interest. The SB is of average sizebut is well maintained. Parking is pretty alright and easy parking for early AM coffee drinkers (6am-8am crowd). Worth a visitand would recommend. I?ve done visits during all hours and would say their best service and ?fullness? of theirseating/availability is around noon and evenings. Mornings are crazy here, even on weekends. Read more

Weirdest experience I've had in a Starbucks yet. Maybe. I ordered one decaf and one real house coffee, room for cream. Not our... usual but we got Tall sized and expected to drink them before our destination. Place was nice and larger than some Starbucks.Friendly baristas, if not too bright. I placed my order. Another customer began talking with me about the area, and I had totell her I was not from around there either. We chatted about different parts of town and how Starbucks differ from town totown. I see out of corner of my eye that the barista is listening to us. Not busy here, just us two gals swapping stories. Ibegan to tell my story of the week before when I'd been in more of a rush when I visited Starbucks by the airport. Uponentering, the place didn't seem busy. One client stands ready to approach the bar where I watch one gal writing a note at thecounter. Two others make and fetch drinks for drive through. The barista this client is watching is busy helping a fellow makehis food choice. He buys and moves along. Now, the client moves forward and she blurts out that her phone wasn't in the car oron the table where she and her friend were. Barista answered back that no one had turned it in. I'm beginning to feel ignored asthe person writing hasn't looked up. She must have noticed my stare. I'm enjoying telling my story to this gal who seemsentertained, and it's still not busy here so I pay with my gold card and put a $1 tip in cup. Meanwhile I'm reliving the momentof my last Starbucks trip and don't hear the barista say "Here's the decaf." Im just talking away. Can you tell, I really shouldnot have caffeine. Starbucks airport visit, story continues. I wait another moment observing the chat about the gal's phonebeing lost. I hear her crying and I feel sorry but I'm not going to help look for her phone. I see the gal at counter look up atme from her writing. I say, before she can look away. "Should I have done the drive through?" She seems surp Read more

Everything I had that's wasn't coffee tasted great. Wonderful service, the barista was very sweet, and did everything she could... to fit the diet I'm on. The only problem I had was that the coffee I had tasted burnt, but most Starbucks coffee does. Read more

Watched the employees treat a homeless person horribly. He wasn't doing anything to anyone. In fact I only say the incident... because I heard the employees yelling at him. The guy was digging through the dumpster for some food or maybe cans. Theemployees got really up set and called the cops. To me it doesn't make sense and I'm not going to support that type of policy.I'll enjoy my tea elsewhere from now on. Read more
