There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30... mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she couldreach a cup of free coffee!!! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cupof hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot!!!! The most offensive person I've ever met. Kelsey was INSISTANT there is no such thing as spiced chai (masala) which I really... don't have an issue with. I simply wanted a dirty chai with Spiced chai as opposed to regular chai tea. Regardless of thedistinction, (most espresso shops delineate between the two) She was extremely rude, offensive, disrespectful and arrogant. MyGF was shocked and I was outraged.
