There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30... mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she couldreach a cup of free coffee!!! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cupof hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot!!!! The most offensive person I've ever met. Kelsey was INSISTANT there is no such thing as spiced chai (masala) which I really... don't have an issue with. I simply wanted a dirty chai with Spiced chai as opposed to regular chai tea. Regardless of thedistinction, (most espresso shops delineate between the two) She was extremely rude, offensive, disrespectful and arrogant. MyGF was shocked and I was outraged. Middle aged female supervisor was working the morning of august 24th. The younger boy working the register was nice and friendly... but when he asked this woman how to ring up a pumkin cold brew refill she came over and gave me the nastiest look. Wanted tocharge me for the foam and sweetener in the refill which I?ve never been charged. As she?s ringing it in she says she can?ttouch my cup which is fine but she doesn?t even ask how I originally ordered it. Which was no ice and extra sweetener. I?mwalking a long way back to my place and don?t like the ice melting and ruining the drink. But she Just keeps glaring at me. Isay I would like it with out the foam this time and she again gives me a mean look and I?m Super uncomfortable and can?t eventell her how else I like it. She ends up making my refill herself but didn?t put in any sweetener even tho she charged me forit. added a ton of ice and overall it tasted horrible. And I felt I did something wrong.
