The perfect example of incompetentce. Food is always made wrong or we get something completely different than what we ordered.... Not the best Hardee's breakfast experience The store is in need of updating. . The food was just ok. Other Hardee's I've... visited lately had better tasting food. I didn't realize you could mess up French toast sticks, sausage and eggs. The Frenchtoast sticks for barely warm, the sausage tasted processed and the eggs didn't look edible. Got the basic burger here and it was so loaded with condiments that when I picked it up, the contents started sliding out of the... bun and ketchup / mayo / mustard poured out the back. The ingredients seemed like they could have been good but it was so messyand overwhelmed that all I could taste was the sauces. Read more
Must have been a very busy location. They were "out" of several items we tried to order. All the drinks were very watered down.... Staff was friendly, and courteous though. Meh Read more
The new girl has anger issues she needs to be away from customers and on medication. She wasn't listeting to anything we... ordered, when we repeated the order she looked at us with the annoyed face (yes, it was a very noticable annoyed face!) andinstead of saying "I am sorry" and take the order she kept raising her voice and yelling "I'm new!" Then other lady took overand the angry girl was walking around banging things and mumbling something to herself and other employees. Being new does notgive you right to behave in such manner. The fact that she was raising her voice says she knows she is wrong but won't admitthat. She has to be away from customers. I usually like Hardee's but since now I won't spend a dime in there, they has to bemore careful in hiring people and TRAIN them. Read more
Every time 8 order a sandwich the bun is burned. Today was no exception. It's a shame because they are the only drive through... in town. Yesterday (Sunday)I was there at 8:39 am and no food. Please do something we need that place. Read more
Everytime I go there, the order is wrong or they don?t have what we ordered. Today I ordered 2 triple burger meals and got 2... double burgers and the fries were hard and crunchy! HARDEES, you can do better!!!! They offered to replace my meal but at thispoint I WILL NOT be going back to this location! Read more
Doing a job in Brooksville I'm from Ocala. stopped here one morning for a monster biscuit. Ended up making a routine of stopping... here for food. After about 15 stops here the food was always fresh. Never a long line. And the wait was always reasonable. 5stars Read more
