Great burgers and shakes! Ordering is a little strange. You drive up to a stand but you have to get out of the car to be able to... use it...and screens don't work on many of the terminals. Aside from that, great food and service. Read more
If you are white, DO NOT GO THERE. We watched them serve others and not us. We were walk ups, Drive thru the white guy never... got served and had to drive off when, non whites had their order taken and served. This place is so racists it's not funny atall. This location took our order, when we were ready to pay nothing came on the screen. They refused to answer our call button,... multiple times, to let us know how to handle payment. When my wife got out of the vehicle and went to the door to ask, she wasnoticed but ignored. We definitely understand the meaning of being and feeling "less white". We will avoid this location in thefuture, sorry for our patronage. Also based on the response below, why is The Sonic Corporate Office asking me if I want to"ESCALATE" the situation?!!! Read it! They actually said "ESCALATE"!!! Shouldn't it say resolve, make a compromise, or somethingalong those lines?!!! I find Sonic's response disturbing. Read more
Other Sonic's might be alright but this location is poorly run. Food was burnt beyond being edible. If you complain, they... remember you and mess up future orders intentionally. Then the boy(whom I have tipped every time) that brings your food outknows your order is wrong and stands there like a guilty child, daring you to complain so they can feel justified in ruining itfurther. The juveniles in this establishment find this hilariously funny. However my kids all had 'tummy troubles' immediatelyafter eating and intentionally hurting people for spite is a dangerous game to play. I will NEVER go back. My experience tonight wasn?t pleasant. It was the longest queue ever from 9:30 to 10:20 and around 5 cars only. I thought it was... only one employee there. When I pulled over to the window there were 7 employees!! Don?t know what they were doing butdefinitely not working. The hot dog was really cold and seams that it was out for quite a while. Dirty and Nasty and employees are rude! Sat at drive thru for 10 min and the waited at drive in forever. Please hire a pressure... cleaner and clean your establishment. Gross Read more
My friend and I both got the hot fudge sundaes and they were absolutely delicious. They weren't made correctly the first time so... they had to make them twice. Also the the containers were way too small, they had no peanuts and we never got any napkins. Soit's the customer service unfortunately that's not the best but the Sundaes were absolutely scrumptious! Read more
super impressed with ordering at this drive thru. The woman working tonight even asked about repeating some of my preferences... on additional sandwiches i ordered. It was a really cool experience. Like she was just really helping and paying attention likeit wasn?t a lot of effort. She was just present and awesome. I know people at this job are underpaid, so I?m always superthankful when I come across people like the people attendants who worked tonight. Not to say that people should put in thislevel of effort and be underpaid anyway. Read more
