Best Starbucks I ever go to! The partner Troy at works at the store is super knowledgeable and polite!
If I could give 0 stars I would. When we pulled up to the window they had a sign that stated ?Ian was nothing? as we had just... lost our home and town to the hurricane on the other coast and came over here to seek shelter. Two of the associates laughed inour face when we expressed that sign was hurtful and inappropriate due to what our town was experience. As they continue tolaugh we asked for the manager to come over and she rudely dismissed us and our concerns about the sign and how her staff treateat us. Disgusting and inappropriate after what Ian has done to SWFL. Read more
