If I could give 0 stars I would. When we pulled up to the window they had a sign that stated ?Ian was nothing? as we had just... lost our home and town to the hurricane on the other coast and came over here to seek shelter. Two of the associates laughed inour face when we expressed that sign was hurtful and inappropriate due to what our town was experience. As they continue tolaugh we asked for the manager to come over and she rudely dismissed us and our concerns about the sign and how her staff treateat us. I'm new to Starbucks and wanted to try a refresher I've ordered a few times at other locations with no problem. Bella tried to... shame me for not knowing the difference between the pink drink and dragon fruit. Very rude, to the point that her co-workercalled her out. You work in the service industry. Stopped here for some coffee and a quick breakfast sandwich. The woman taking our order was very kind and friendly. The loss of... stars is because I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with sweet cream foam ( this is my go to drink) and unfortunately therewas a TON of foam with very little coffee! They also didn?t have the cold brew fresh like other places, it was poured from apitcher and water was added. Sadly I was very disappointed in my coffee this morning. Read more
