10/15/2022?10/16/22 doing a reset here. men?s room by shower is disgusting toilet stall door won?t lock door opened up on me by... someone twice. Dennys can keep their day crew people. Waitress asked me 3 times what I wanted to order. (French toast, softbacon and no eggs) over an hour later I get French toast extra crispy bacon and burnt scrambled eggs. Asked her for the softbacon and 20 minutes later still didn?t get it tried to eat the xtra crispy bacon but can?t. Asked for manager meal was free butthat?s not what I was looking for I just wanted what I ordered. My suggestion is for Flying J (SUITS) get off your high horsesand visit your stores all around this country and get them cleaned up and fixed. As a driver I expect to be able to park showerand eat in clean and friendly places. Cudoos to most of the loves truck stops. Also STOP CHARGING FOR PARKING THAT IS SEEN BYALL DRIVERS AS NOTHING BUT PURE PROFIT FOR YOU WE DONT SEE THAT MONEY BEING USED FOR ANY IMPROVEMENTS ANYWHERE IN ANY OF THETRUCK STOPS!!! Denny's was super slow.. Subway overpriced as usual. Store was dirty. Nobody cleaning showers at 1100am. Overall this is a bad... not horrible truck stop. Read more
This Flying needs better management. Store and bathrooms not clean. Out of hand paper, toilet our of order, faucet out of... order. Flies flying around food at Subway station. Shower and Dennys were good though. Read more
Very disappointed in the employees at this location, i was there and i accidentally left my wallet in one of the restroom stalls... and i called to ask if anyone turned it in and they did go check and they did not find it, what gets me is when i asked if theywould take my number and call me if it was turned in and i was told by an employee that they did not have time to call me if itwas turned in. So he would not take my number. No it is not their fault that i left it in the bathroom stall but at least takemy number and try to help me.. lesson learned Read more
I?ve been driving for 12 years I never In my 12 year course seen a bad truck stop like this one ,This is definitely my first... and last time at this truck stop, very bad management they see there are a lot of people waiting in line and there is only onecashier working, also the showers are too small not even for one person , all of the inside clothes hangers are broken, Thewalls and the floors are very dirty filled with mold, paying $15 for a shower like this is really bad. Also this is the firsttime I stop by a flying J that has Denny?s restaurants close at 7 PM I don?t know where people gonna go to have food I don?tknow I don?t like their pizza or fried foods I was looking for a real food . This Flying J was such a disappointment. The pump ran as slow as I have ever seen, it took a long time to fill up. And there was... no water in the windshield cleaning bucket and it was already by the water faucet, which did not work. Went inside and it wasnot busy,but no one welcomed me. The only redeeming quality was it looked well stocked. Read more
There's an employee named Melissa she is amazing she gets 10 stars she goes above and beyond very friendly very courteous and... helpful and always cheerful she's awesome. Also there's a pecan stand on the side of of the flying J same parking lot namedMoses Pecans ..His pecans are soooo good I traveld 4 hrs just for his pecans and his pralines are outta this world -they aretruly amazing ...Moses gets 20 stars definitely recommend him to anyone.....he also has an assortment of fruits and vegetables Read more
