This is a great place to watch a game. They have a reasonable selection of beers and the overall pricing is not bad. Service is... always great and the atmosphere is also good. I always regret getting an appetizer, it is just way too much food. Read more

Incredible service, extremely delicious/filling food and amazing drinks! Definitely recommend everyone come here. Even great for... families. They play kids shows and ask you what you want to watch. Good pricing as well. Read more

I spent 2 weeks in Lake Placid and stayed at the High Peaks Resort. I ate almost everyday at the Dancing Bears Restaurant. I... think I've had at least 70% of their menu and the food was great. I must say though, the breakfast sausages were sooooo good. Icould eat pans of them. I ordered them for dinner a couple times too. The kitchen was accommodating and I really appreciatedthat. And for being a resort town, the price to food portion and quality is quite palatable. The staff are such kind people(and good looking too). I enjoyed hearing their stories. They even know when I've had a tougher morning tham usual andimmediately brought me coffee. Read more

Food was OK, service was SLOW. I had the chorizo skillet which was tasty but nearly inedible with the grease it was floating in.... My dining companion had the three egg omelette which was delicious. I had a cappuccino which was very good. They have real maplesyrup on the table which is a great touch. The service was not good. They never came back to bring the check or check on thefood and ultimately had to decide between walking out without paying or going to the bar and insisting. We went to the bar topay. Also hostess station said please wait to be seated but was unstaffed. Plenty of workers, but not good service. Almost 90minutes for breakfast and that just doesn?t work. Take a look at the grease in my photo of the skillet before you order it. Iwould look elsewhere before dining here. Read more

An ideal brunch spot with a view in the downtown strip of Lake Placid. Well crafted meals to suite anyone?s taste. My boyfriend... enjoyed the breakfast pizza thoroughly for its big potion and quality ingredients. I cleaned my plate of avocado toast and eggs. All very satisfying and with great big cups of coffee to boot. Would happily return. Read more

Loved this place! Our server (Danny?I think) was amazing and had such great energy. Food was good, not the best I?ve ever had... but pretty good for a casual meal. Got salmon bite appetizer and I loved them! Great view up top, really good location! Read more

A good restaurant decorated in typical Adirondack style. We came here for brunch and were suitably impressed. The flapjacks are... fluffy and light and the steak tip with biscuit and black pepper sauce was fantastic! Good selection of breakfast and brunchitems, as well as for lunch and dinner. Also good selection of draft on tap from local breweries. Definitely worth a visit ifyou're in town. Read more
