Long queue on a Saturday afternoon around 6pm, but moved fairly fast. Had the cookie dough regular milkshake, but there was... another option that was GINIRMOUS. Classic American. It had an ice cream sandwich hanging off it in addition to extra sweetgoodness. Probably 100000000 calories. Our neighbors in line seemed to really enjoy it. Delicious ice cream - both hard and soft. Great staff. But extremely unorganized. Too many menus, signs and flyers. Very... cluttered. Due to this one doesn?t know where to start and how to order. If they reduce the info and make it relevant ( example:ingredients of a sundae should be in small print) they will absolutely increase sales. The ordering process needs automation andsimplification. Ordered ice cream with a group. The older gentleman took our order and was quite rude. Not quite sure what was his problem but... he was rude. He wasn?t very accommodating maybe he doesn?t like asian or whatever. He was nice with other people. I was quiteoffended actually. Worst experience so far on my vacation. WOW. This is a regular sundae! HUGE and delicious!! All for only $10.24! This?s their Maple Monkey sundae; maple soft serve,... vanilla soft serve, local maple syrup, caramel, with fresh, hot monkey bread below! Fudge below that. So big it comes with afork & spoon.
