It?s dirty in there. The young ladies were bothered to serve. My coffee was good.
my past experiences have been worst like one after another. visited this place for breakfast and had to order for 12 people and... i know it could be a lot of stuff but ordering in bulk or one by one is the same thing right, first the place was moderatelybusy and while i was ordering most of the food items were not available and so ordered whatever was available, with the coffeeorder i went really slow while ordering so that she does not get confused and also triple checked/ repeated the order and stillwe ended up missing 2 coffees, 1 was paid for and another was not in the order it self. you know how disappointing it could be,not getting coffee and when you get to know that after reaching home. the service could be better. The online listing and mobile ordering shows closing time 5:30pm on a Thursday where in reality this location is open until... 9:00pm. When I told that to the barrister, all she said was ?Oh?. I hope the management will see this review and will fix thelisting. This location is completely empty after 5:30pm. I wonder if listing has anything to do with it. Read more
How convenient to have this right in downtown Placid. Even when we stayed outside of town for a couple nights we still were... able to pop downtown and park right next door to get our coffee every morning. Made our drinks right every time and we?refairly quick!! Read more
Employees are kind, courteous and efficient! Drinks and food are always great and in the small chance there is something wrong,... they have no problem fixing it or re making the item. I'm here probably 3 or 4 days a week and every staff member I've everencountered was great. Read more
Pretty clean however somewhat slow. Got 3 drinks and the girl at the register got stuck on the first drink. Took her a while... to figure it out but then it got better and all of this was during a not so busy time Read more
The Starbucks of Lake Placid! It?s well, just another Starbucks! But that doesn?t mean it?s not deserving of a good review!... Clean, quick, well spaced out, and great atmosphere. Takes mobile order too! If you are up in the area and need your Starbucksfix, then this location is definitely the place to go! Check it out! Read more
Overall your standard Starbucks but the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was warm and cozy and sitting near the front was... great for people and puppy watching (seriously so many people out walking their adorable dogs). Always nice to have aconsistent, familiar place to stop in on your travels. Read more
