We got our food on 11/10/22 and my Beef n cheddar had hairs in it. My fries were burnt beyond recognition and were in edible. In... fact, they were so hard I thought I broke my tooth. We stopped going to the Tooele Arbys for similar problems. Now Arbys isofficially no longer an option unfortunately. Read more

Waiting, waiting and still waiting! 20min so far for diner in. Only 4 diner in orders 1 take out . They are walking around alot... but not making any progress at all. This was the worst Arby's experience I have had. There were no paper towels in either restroom. All the tables were filthy when... only one was occupied, so I had to go eat in my vehicle. There were no straws. They said they were out of carbonation, so therewas only lemonade or water to drink, but they were offering Sprite, Root beer, and diet Coke to the drive thru. To top it alloff, the bun on my sandwich was burnt on the edges. If I could have left zero stars I would. I wish I would have gone elsewhereto eat. Read more
Ordered an array of menu items for about $30. It's helpful that they usually always have a deal. The dining area was small but... very clean and welcoming. The employee who took our order was very sweet and professional. Everyone else was also very nice andpositive. Would love to stop by again just based on customer service. It goes a long way. Poor business practices! Got the coupons out of the mailbox same day, decided to go to Arbys for the good deal because normally... they are stupid expensive. Get there and they tell me they have changed the coupon and it?s now $3 dollars more but don?t worrythey added a different item to make up for it! (That we don?t like) Also super long drive through wait. 20+ minutes isoutrageous for what you get!! I have worked in the food industry in my life for many years and this is ridiculous! You don?t putout a coupon to get people to come then be like, just kidding! Not sure what is up with the fast food in Lake Point but at thispoint it?s better to make the drive to Tooele or Magna for better service! Read more
