I found this Taco Bell on a road trip. The tacos taste was 'just okay'. I ordered a side of pintos and cheese, which requires... a spoon or fork to eat but they didn't provide one. I ended up throwing most of that out. The guy who took my order waspleasant at least. I enjoyed the break from burgers, but their food didn't do me and my belly any favors. I can't ever say enough about how great both the Tooele county McDonald's are. The food is always fresh and hot, my order is... accurate and I can't remember a time when I was dissapointed. Thank you managers and employees for making our McDonald's outhere great. All others I've been to don't even compare. Read more
The food was fresh and hot, but pretty sloppy. We waited for a good chunk, but they were busy and I can?t fault them for... that. I can?t give 5-stars because that would be exceptional service, but I can tell that these staff members are workingreally hard which is why I gave 4 instead of 3. I order from them quite often and most of the time my experience is satisfactory. Sometimes they forget something or give me... stale, smooshed burgers. But for the most part what I expect from a fast food chain. The other day I made a mobile order andwaited at curbside for 30 minutes, then went through the drive thru to see when my food would be ready. They said they neverreceived the order. Ok, that's fine sometimes technology is finicky. I showed the manager the confirmation email and mobileorder and she did not give me the food or offer a refund. It was only about $4. I contacted customer service and the storemanager Tressa called to apologize and offered a refund or to give me the food I paid for. Today I stopped by to get the foodafter letting her know I was on my way. She wasn't in but said to come in anyways. The staff were great, except the manager (thesame one who wouldn't refund my order in the first place) seemed visibly annoyed by my request, not very friendly at all. Ordered coffee with 4 shots of French vanilla creamer and a mocha, all they had was syrup no creamer.Coffee looked black so I... went back. The syrup is a clear liquid, I tasted, I apologized. They were great, offered me regular creamer to make it look likewhat I was expecting. Read more
I paid 28 dollars I got scammed with my drink and my meal... I asked for a #5 and they didn't make it right but they... charge me right just to take my money 1 out of 5 stars this always happens.....just at that Macdonald. Read more

Never fails! This location always gets the order wrong and or misses items. They also have no one standing at the front while... just wait to make their orders. It would make such a difference of they hired people who actually want to work, care aboutcustomer service, and know how to get customers in and out in a timely manner and accurately.
