I was disrespected by an African American lady at the window. She played like she did not understand my English. Atrocious Starbucks. Maybe the worst one. I've been to 100s around the country. Lousy atmosphere, inattentive, incompetent... staff. Waited 25 minutes for a simple mobile order. Grande blonde/ halfnhalf. Finally went to register got Pike, no halfnhalf. Read more
This location is terrible when it comes to drinks. I order the same thing every time: iced shaken espresso with almond milk, no... classic. It?s made different every time. Today the cup wasn?t even full. The incompetence and inconsistency is unacceptable. Read more
I come here often, most of my experiences have been great. Today their was a cashier named Moe who was extremely rude and... condescending. The morning group as a whole is mostly upbeat. When she?s working I can see she brings them all down and has avery bad outlook on her job! Read more
I just went in to get a drink. It said cash only, which was fine, because I had cash. There was absolutely no one in the drive... thru or in the establishment. There were 8 employees having the time of their life. They refused to acknowledge me for severalminutes. One guy walked passed and angrily said someone will be with you...Well there's 8 people standing there doingnothing...After that I waited another 5 minutes, no one would serve me. I just had major surgery and am on a cane. It takes alot to walk in places and stand there, they didn't care. I spend a ton of money here, and come everyday sometimes more thanonce. I frequent Starbucks quite often. Unfortunately, this location has poorly trained Baristas. My comment is not based off a... singular experience. Ive based it off of visiting mornings, afternoons and evenings. Update 05/31/22: Called customer serviceand shared my experience. I was refunded my beverage and was given a $15.00 credit.
