Hi, my daughter had a Sweet16 last Sunday( October 9)it was amazing, the place was beautiful ,the staff was great. Angela always... nice to me and my daughter for any questions we have and the fireworks guy was great. I can,t express my gratitude and affection, enough, for our Maitre D Vicki and the bridal attendant Toni. These women went above and beyond to make sure me and mydaughter had the best night possible! They truly must love what they do, and it shows! With Vicky at my side that night nostress at all, she helps me put everything under control. The food (buffet) was delicious and the Captain did a great job.I onlywish it could have gone on all night. We had a great time and our phones have not stopped because our guests loved it as well.Thank you Vicki and Toni. You'll always have a special place in my heart But for Bill he needs to be patient with the Customer,at he beginning he was so nice and at the end he was someone else. I didn't like the way he ask me ,what I do for living ?thatwas not nice after that everything was great and I will refer this place to anybody and soon it's going to be my second daughterSweet16 birthday and I'm still going to choose that place again.?????? This Sunday I had a sweet sixteen there and it was amazing!!My maitre?D Viki and my bridal assistant Toni Ann were amazing... !!They?re so sweet, dependable, and made my party turn out So good!!I got constant compliments on how sweet and fantastic theywere!! Our wedding was here yesterday. I fell in love with the quaint location overlooking the lake. I cannot express my gratitude and... affection , enough, for our Maitre D Vicki and my bridal attendant Toni. These women went above and beyond to make sure I hadthe best day possible! They truly must love what they do, and it shows! The food (buffet) was delicious and got rave reviewsfrom our guests (They didn't know we were supposed to have a paella station, that was not there). Best choice I ever made was to plan my wedding at The Beach Club. Frank and Dayna have gone out of their way to ensure I can... have my dream wedding. A family orientated establishment which I truly love. I recommend this to everyone thinking of planningtheir wedding. Read more
I am the father of the bride. The wedding and reception was held recently on June 18th 2022. From the start to our conclusion of... the evening everything was spot on. The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner was top shelf handled. The staff was attentive at alltimes. Our family and friends mentioned they would highly recommend the venue. Read more
Great little place! Great staff! Fun friendly. My only problem was the reception area. Horrible airconditon in there. Dance... area was perfectly cool but to the other side was extremely hot and the 2 units didnt work all night. Read more
My husband and I were recently married at Beach club Estate. To be quite frank, we made a terrible mistake choosing this venue.... Our biggest selling point for choosing Beach Club was the view and the packages they provided. Unfortunately, the weather on theday of our wedding was less than optimal. We came to terms with the weather, but the venue really dropped the ball. I understandunpredictable weather, but the venue did not seem prepared for rain, which is quite surprising for a business that has beenaround so long!! As a bride, I was already anxious and stressed for the day ahead. While I was getting ready with mybridesmaids, I was getting phone calls from the venue about what arrangements should be made due to the weather. All while I'mgetting my MAKEUP DONE AND TAKING PHOTOS!! I am honestly just really disappointed with the way they do business. When Iarrived at the venue and was preparing with my bridal party to walk down the aisle, several staff members were telling me "Billdouble booked" and "the party before you was very upset". I really tried to keep my composure and just make the best of things.I am just thankful for our amazing guests who helped my husband and I to look past the many issues to enjoy our night. I wouldnot recommend this venue to anyone. There are so many more beautiful places on long island with better quality and are muchbetter managed. UPDATE: After seeing my review, one of the managers, Danielle, was able to locate my personal items! Turns out neither her, ... nor the owner, were made aware of this situation by the rest of the staff as they were away on vacation. I have to say, Danielle and most of the others, including Frank and Vicky are some of the nicest people I've dealt with. Danielle has beenvery attentive and awesome to deal with from the beginning as was Frank. And Vicky was also a sweerheart.. Bottom line, afterthe right people were involved, they resolved this situation to my satisfaction and I am very thankful. They lost all of mypersonal items and have not even attempted to make this right! Before the wedding we boxed up, labeled and inventoried all ofour items we wanted to be displayed at the wedding. One small complaint is that they forgot to put my cake topper on the cakethe day of the wedding. Biggest complaint: after the wedding was over, there was another wedding coming in after us and as Iwas leaving, they indicated there were personal effects boxed that I needed to take. I was in my wedding dress holding otherthings in my hands plus felt rushed so I asked if it was possible for them to hold them until I came back from the honeymoon oneweek later as we were leaving immediately for the honeymoon. They said no problem and being as I know they have a system tostore the items as they did prior to the wedding I felt confident that this would not be an issue, well, they lost my personalitems anyway!! They simply "cannot find them". It wasn't a year. It was one week!! How many parties could they have had in oneweek?! They arent apologetic and instead one of the women actually said I should have come back sooner if it meant so much tome!! Blame the victim! I definitely would have sent a family member back to get it if I had known they were that incompetent. Noone has called me back from management to apologize or make this right.
