All reviews here are telling the truth about customer service and poorly train staff. I don't know how this place still run a... business with so much complains. Stay away from this chipotle ronkonkoma location. They deserve a zero star! I ordered a burritobowl no rice and add beans but came out with rice and no beans and barely have any meat. Chips is horrible like it fried in acold oil and no flavor. I spend $51 for 4 meals, totally ripped off. Waste of time and money. Read more

I ordered a salad bowl the other night and immediately regretted it, salad was mush. I just wish I had noticed before I had... taken a few bites but it had toppings all in. Portion size is a joke! You would think it would be better being on Portion Rd! I believe this Chipotle intentionally rips... people off! When you order on-line and pick up, you don't get what you pay for. Hector the store manager is doing a terrible jobif he let's this happen in his store. I opened up a Burrito bowl right in front of him and his staff to prove my point. It'sBeans and rice, fill up the bowl Hector! Told them to keep the order, this place lost my business. Second time I?ve come to this store and left with no food. Now they don?t take cash waited in line for no reason never coming to... this location again. First time I left because they refused to make quesadillas unless I ordered on the app after they finishedmaking all my other food. Ordered 4 meals on the app. I picked up and they forgot one of the additions on mine. The bowls were shaken up and had very... little sour cream. The rice was chunky and the steak was super over seasoned as it was so spiced that my kids could not even eatit. My husband and I thought that this was the worst Chipotle that we have ever been to.
