Usually happy ordering, but this time, not so much. They were very Rude! Definitely an language barrier with the pick up... counter. They forgot some of my order, tried to tell them... they ignored me initially, then didn't believe me. My drinks werealso missing....Slammed the cups down and walked away. They still forgot my scones, but, I just got a refund. Not a goodexperience. ???? Read more

I go to the Panera on Portion Road, everyday. I've been going for almost 2 years, and recently everyday for about 4months. every... time I go Lucas is beyond helpful and pleasant. He is sweetest human not just an employee- HES A PERSON! love his vibe andhelpfulness and willingness to help. Kitchen staff always working fast and store is VERY CLEAN. The entire team always appearssmiling and generally happy to be there. From someone who works in a similar environment, being able to enjoy that on the flipside MORE THAN APPRECIATIVE. Read more

We eat at this location about once a month. We never had any issues in the past. This time we ordered the same thing, pick two,... that we did last time. Same sandwiches same salad and soup. But this time when she rung us up the bill was $46.00, last time$23.00. I get there is inflation but that seemed extreme and when questioned the cashier was evasive and trying to explain thatthe sandwich was a certain dollar amount so we had to pay full for everything. The price displayed on the menu for pick 2 withthis sandwich was not even close to what she was charging. Anyway , it seemed like she was just trying to get a reaction out ofus so we left. I can say I'm not sure if I'll eat there again as ling as that girl is on the register. Read more

Panera should pay me every time they get my order wrong. I'd be a wealthy person. Plus they have gotten way too expensive. Two... pick Twos (salad and soup without meat) and two teas nearly 45 dollars. Geez. Read more

After already having an incident with Cafe Amici, I decided to give takeout one more fair shot. Opened the to-go box to eat my... Cesar salad and found this little guy in the bottom. I guess they wanted me to have extra protein. All I can say is I will notbe coming back here ever. Officially grossed out. I will be bringing this back to the Ronkonkoma location and requesting arefund. And will not be eating takeout for a while. The backstory to this order: waited 20 minutes for a curbside order withoutparking in a curbside spot. All curbside spots were taken. Had to go in to ask someone if they got my order only for the cashierto come out and give it to me after I went in and asked if it was done. She gives me the bag and says: ?I didn?t know if youwanted your drinks because you didn?t come in and get them.? Oh I?m sorry, I didn?t know curbside meant get out of your car andget it yourself. She was speaking to me like I was her friend and I didn?t appreciate it. So I ordered drinks just to wastemoney and for my health? I?ve been coming to this location for a while and I?ve seen how they operate. But I mean cmon.Management needs to get more involved and re-train their employees on how to properly speak to people. I haven't been to Panera in years. I decided to give it another try. I ordered the pick 2, when I opened my sandwich, this is... all of the meat in my sandwich. I complained and I was told that they weigh the meat and that's all that I was entitled to. For$15 I could have had 3 sandwiches with meat and vegetables from Subway. I guess I chose wrong for dinner. Very disappointed andfeel like I was ripped off. Read more
