This is the worst Arby's my wife & I have ever eaten at, the last 4 time we have went there they messed up our order wrong items... and the last time everything was messed up or over cooked. So do yourself a big favor and go to lions choice in stead, we hadnever eaten there but after so many mistakes at Arby's we decided to give it a try. Wow was it good, the best roast beefsandwich I have ever had at a restaurant so needless to say we will not be eating at Arby's any more. Read more
I only go thru to drive thru here, but every time I?m there the staff is really nice. They never mess up my order and they act... like they truly want to be there. Read more
Horrible place. I stopped at lake st louis location on 08/16/2022 I stopped because there was a huge sign in window that said... dining room open. Im in a large van with trailer so i cant go through drive through. I park go up to door and its locked. Read more
Not my absolute favorite place to eat, but they were the only ones with an open dining room at the time. Floors were super... sticky, which is kid of gross when entering a restaurant. Food is okay. Service was good however. If you want better Roastbeef, Lion's Choice is still king. Read more

9:29 on a Sunday. All online platforms for Lake Saint Louis say open until 10. All the lights are in including drive thru and... left me sitting there until 9:35 to tell me they closed at 9:30. Not the end of the world but irritated times are wrong onlineand left the house at all. Read more
I always have no issues going here. This time there was issues. Drive through is only opened so after drive through I went to... park and check to see if I had all of my good which I did so I went home. When I arrived home and my parents and I began to eat,my mom and I noticed that the Reubens that mom and I both got had no sourkraut on them at all it was just the meat and cheese onthe bread they usually use. The sandwiches were wrapped up so I thought everything was fine cause I had all my order until I gothome and stuff was missing from our sandwiches. Other than that our order was fine. Read more
Hours are sometimes inconsistent... Closing unexpectedly early, for example. If it weren't for that, I'd probably rate it five... stars. I regularly visit this location and the food is always good. Read more
