i went though the drive thru today and got 2 small ice creams. I went to go eat my ice cream and found 2 long hairs in it. i... went back to get a refund and they refunded my money but the workers proceeded to laugh as we pulled away. The hair looked likeit was purposely broken off and put in my ice cream. i will not be going back to this location. Read more

Love Cold Stone but this location is awful. Ordered online and arrived at the time stated but nothing had been started. Girl... working gave tons of attitude when I asked for it. Took an additional 20 mins to fulfill with no other customers. Just laziness. Read more

Took 40 mins to make 2 shakes for a drive thru order one was wrong but the kicker is they sat on the counter for 15 mins while... No one could do their job and were melted when we finally did get them.... Read more

My favorite ice cream place. I really loved when they had gooey butter ice cream- hope they will bring it back. Favorite is... chocolate ice cream with brownie and cookie dough. Love it. Good quality ice cream and workers are nice and patient with ourkids indecisiveness sometimes. Read more

I don?t even think I would give one star to this place. My daughter purchased ice cream that was $8.37, on July 4th. She wasn?t... given a final receipt in the drive through, only the receipt before a tip was run. When she checked her bank balance thefollowing day, she was charged over $72 for her ice cream. I called to speak with the manager who told me it wasn?t the firsttime it has happened and that it looked like she was charged $64.24 for a tip. She told me there was nothing she could dobecause tips had already been given to the staff for that day. So, I asked her to call the owner as I was on my way there andthat was not going to work for me. From what I can tell, this happens quite often in the drive thru there and you better ask fora final receipt. My daughter skipped adding a tip on the terminal. She?s 17 years old and is very responsible with her money.They are ripping people off! They did end up giving her the money back, but made sure to tell us ?just so we?re clear, this isthe only time this is going to happen?. DO NOT do business here. I think the whole staff are in on it. The teens working at thetime were giggling and talking about it the whole time we were there. No apologies were given. Horrible customer treatment. Zerocustomer service. And let?s be clear. this place was so good. we have peanut allergies and they had a special station in the back just for it. the ice cream was good... and the Stagg was super nice to everyone I will be coming back just for thay peanut free option! Read more

I was slightly disappointed the last time we were here this week. I got the One Smart Brookie and my brownie was all in one... massive chunk, it wasn't broken apart and mixed, it was just a huge chunk in the center of my ice cream and I had to break it upmyself which was a bit difficult with a plastic spoon. However we have been here several times and have enjoyed our othervisits. There is usually a decent wait for drive thru and indoor but it's not too bad. Read more
