You could easily give birth to human twins in the amount of time it takes to go through drive thru at this location. I can only... assume they pay garbage wages and thus don?t have enough staff to provide good service. Read more

So this place is a joke. No one answered me at the box until my husband spoke up and then finally said we would be right with... you. After waiting and waiting my husband and I mentioned the "basic witch" shake laughing at the play on words. Then the personcame back and refused us service because we "called them a bi**h". I never even spoke to them. When I called to speak with themanager, she refused to give me her name and hung up. I will be calling the general manager. Read more

Went and bought a ultimate cheeseburger from there. The Hamburger meat was dry and I mean dry, the meat had to have been sitting... for a while. But that's ok I'll never spend another dollar there again. I'll stay going down the street to stake n shake wherethey actually put care into their food. Read more

Ordered and paid on the app. Got to the restaurant to pick it up only to find a sign on the door saying they are closed early... due to being short staffed. Now I have to go up there tomorrow to try and get my money back. I get being short staffed, but atleast update your Google listing to reflect the early closure. Its not hard to do. Please be more courteous to your customers. We work hard for our money too, and don't care to be robbed when we are trying to treat our kids on a Friday night. 8-26-22*update* After several emails back and forth to the corporate head quarters we still have not received our refund. They keepemailing back and saying it has been deposited, but there is no record of it in our account. Not sure who they sent our refundto (or if they even did) but we did not get it. We will not ever do business with a company that steals from their customersagain. Do not go to this restaurant. Read more

Trying to order some food after leaving zack playground around corner from place. My 3yr old and 5yr old. Wanted some fries. So... i order 2 vaule fries, which cost 1.29. Person taking order acts like he doesn't know what vaule menu fries are. So i say theones that are $1.29. He proceeds to tell me the $1.29 are regular fries. I say okay, just let me get two of them. Not fennaargue over fries. I just wanna order them. Long story short after he read order back to me correct once i paid for food and gotfood bag and drove off it was only one fry in bag and i was only charge for 1. So one kid had to be disappointed and i had togive other one my sandwich. Chicken sandwich bread ended up being hard and chicken pattie was terrible. Had it not been slightlyafter 8pm. & 35min drive back North Saint Louis County. I would have demanded a refund. Next time im at ZACKARY PLAYGROUND. Iwont be stopping at this Jack N Box. Read more

Ordered via the app for inside pickup at 3pm. All of the doors are locked even though it says dining room is open. I then get in... the drive through line to let them know I ordered online. Wait about 5 minutes for the one car in front of me to be asked toplace his order. Then it's my turn and I am told "sorry for the wait but there's lots of people inside. I'll be right with you."The doors are locked and no one is inside. It has now been 10 minutes, no one has taken my order and I'm writing this whilewaiting. I finally get called upon and go to the window and am given my order. I asked, "So there's a whole bunch of peopleinside? There can't be because all of the doors are locked." With a surprised look and a hard swallow she says yeah and closedthe window. It's Saturday and you don't feel like working? That's fine. You hate your job? That's fine too, who doesn't.Blatantly lie about having customers and being too busy? Too much. A simple grab-and-go for two items turned into a 35 minuteepisode with just one car in front of me. I would have had zero problem leaving except you can't cancel and order you alreadypaid for. Read more
