Today I went here to get me some dinner and they lady working the drive through was rude and she didn?t give me back my card and... as I was waiting for my card she was holding from a while I was checking my order. I?m glad I checked because she also gave methe wrong order too. And after I told her this isn?t what I ordered I had to wait even longer for my card and my right order.She didn?t give me my card back to me until she gave me my right order. I don?t like writing these kinds of reviews because I know bad days happen, not every visit will be perfect. But honestly, I... have lost track of how many times I?ve ?given them one more chance,? and I think this may finally be it for me. I do not thinkI?ve had a meal this bad here before. The broccoli beef was way more broccoli than beef, nothing tasted or looked fresh and thebeef was practically mush and flavorless. I was hoping maybe my rice would at least be good; even that was dried out. All ofthis was $10 for the plate alone - I can get a hotdog and a slice of pizza at a gas station for half the price and if I?m beinghonest, the food at the gas station usually tastes better anyways. Sat in the drive thru for over 30min. Get to the box to order and no one speaks. I say hello and hear nothing. I wait a moment... then pull off and they start to speak so I pull around to the front. Horrible. They are always out of string bean chicken no matter what time of day. So I ordered beef and broccoli and a sesame... chicken with fried rice. Fried rice wasn't fried it was steamed rice with carrots and peas. The beef and broccoli was so overcooked that it was mush. The chicken was the only thing edible. I have had multiple experiences like this. I heard they had newmanagement so gave them another try never again. The only good thing was the girl at the window was nice and pleasant. Read more
My family used to LOVE Panda Express prior to covid. Now we have gotten to the point where we will not go back any longer. At... least to the Lake St. Louis one. Number One reason??? Horrible service!! The people that work there have no idea how toservice others. The can be beyond ignorant and extremely rude. My wife has a long history working in the food industry andknows what brings people back beyond the food. Those that currently work at Panda should not be in this industry. At least notworking directly with people. They may be fine behind the scenes (cooking for instance). Management...hire people with strongpeople skills. This will help greatly with the bottom line. Number Two??? Portions and freshness. The portions are WAY downfrom how they were. So disappointing to open you tray and find such pitiful amounts in there. Freshness...Just not thesame. So...moving on to someplace similar or give another PE a chance. Maybe the management difference will be evident and wewill go there instead. Read more

Did you all just get super lazy after Covid? Still haven't seen your lobby open, and I definitely don't feel like coming back to... check for the 4th time. Panda is subpar as it is. This just makes it not worth eating. Read more
