Store phone is off the hook, line has been busy for over 30 min. I can?t even talk to a manager about a online order that they... supposedly never got. Recently went to burger King on 8/4/22. It seems like they are short staff, but I have patience. I ordered a whopper meal and a... southwest jr whopper meal. My food was given before the drinks. I asked for honey mustard and the guy handed me another meal. Hemay need a bit more training or more sleep. Overall the food was decent my burger had mustard pickles onion and mayo only justlike I ordered and it was hot. My fries were hot as well. Staff members, please try to function better. Read more
Customer Service was okay! I used the drive thru. Person at drive thru did not have on a hair net. I ordered a chicken sandwich ... and it was overcooked. My nuggets and jalapeño bites were great! Hence the 3 Star Rating. Read more
I will never go back here. They had a ton of trash in front the the drive thru, pretty much right over they were serving you... your food. That's a huge health hazard. This facility needs to have a health inspector come look at it for real. It's gonna getpeople sick because of pure laziness. Sad really.. Never again. Read more
This location has gone downhill. Terrible customer service. I haven?t been to Burger King in a while and I asked about the... crispy chicken sandwich. I was un aware that you guys no longer have it and that its now called something different. The guythat took my order said ?all the sandwich?s are crispy it goes from the freezer to the fryer? which was a little unnecessaryinstead of just saying it was no longer carried. Then the lady that took my payment didn?t give me a receipt. We tried tellingher that what was said from the other guy was unnecessary and a little rude and explained that it was originally called a crispychicken sandwich and she?s going to sit there and argue with us. Then I he asked her for one bbq sauce and because she had anattitude wouldn?t give it to me without paying 0.25 which is ridiculous that I cant get one bbq to go with my meal withoutpaying. Mixed feelings regarding this location. Customer service was absolutely wonderful, loved the staff here. Food was good, I mean... it?s fast food but it was well made and hot. I had to take 2 stars off because the cleanliness of the restrooms was non existentand this was in both ladies and mens restroom. I normally don?t give 5 stars to fast foods, my max is 4 so taking two stars offis like taking one off only. Read more
