Literally the rudest staff and so unprofessional. They hang up on us 1 out 3 times we call. Which is quite a bit.They loose our... credits. Our food takes over 2 hours to get here, every-time and still, is ALWAYS missing something. We?ve even had a drivertell us if we wanted our full order(the items missing) that it?s was gonna be a few hours bc it wasn?t a priority. Then when weasked for a credit we were told they couldn?t do that. Contact a manager but not the same day :( I dislike using this JJ?s atall now. The Portage location never treats customers like this. I didn?t wanna leave a review but it?s time bc they?ve gottenso disrespectful and all around ridiculous. Hopefully they make a change. Read more

My boyfriend and I order from here once a month, and the pizza is always great, especially the kitchen sink pizza! When I miss... the tastes of Chicago, I have to get an Italian beef (dipped) with fries, and that is great as well! Delivery is about an hour,but good things come to those who wait! Can't wait to order from them again! Read more
Omg! Not only did the cashier have to ask my boyfriend for his name and the order in person a fee times, they gab us the wrong... pizza! I have to eat Inna timely manner, I recently had surgery and have chronic illnesses. After an attitude and no apologyfrom the manager or cashier, we got a " free": pizza that was worse!! The pizza was so greasy and piled with cheese, literallyslices fell off onto our clothes!! Needless to say,I'm stuck home, vomiting and hungry. My boyfriend has been going to this sameplace but a different location for 36 years. Please take this serious and retrain your employees would would rather payattention to the loud music they were playin, then the customer service. Read more
Just ordered take out and upon picking up my food asked to repeat my order and they repeated it correctly, once I arrived home I... realized they had given me the wrong stuff when I called and told them, they said it's not the wrong stuff that's what theycharged me for and assumed it was ok because of that, but I can go back and they can charge me for the right stuff. Their excusewas that they have new phone people, they must have new cooks because they're pizza looks like this and they're wings are reallydry. I usually order from here once a week, but this was the last time I will take my money elsewhere. Read more
The lasagna is horrible. However the meat pie is addictive. My only issue is that they store customer phone and name... information. Many of their employees have access.This information is very sensitive as a lot of personal information can begleaned from just a name or phone number. Read more
The quality of the food and the increased pricing for what J&J's offers has begun to simply not be worth it. I recently ordered... some barbecue wings and some hot wings. The barbecue wings were fine and had the extra sauce that my family member ordered.However, the hot wings were flavorless and had no extra sauce on them at all. We called in to complain, but the manager simplyargued that she "had already put extra hot sauce on them." I've seen their extra hot sauce. It's coated in the stuff to where itlightly burns your lips. This tasted like plain chicken wings. Terrible service and gradually decreasing food quality. Read more
Disappointed in the way our situation was handled. Ordered a pizza and some mozzarella sticks for delivery. Specifically asked... if the mozz sticks came with marinara just to confirm. Of course it was delivered and no marinara. Can?t eat the mozz stickswithout the marinara so I requested a credit. They only offered $2.00. I asked for a credit for the entire order of mozz sticks.She said she would send someone out with red sauce but we didn?t want to wait for that and the mozz sticks would be cold by thatpoint. We should have been credited for the full amount of the mozz sticks since we couldn?t eat them. I didn?t see anywhere tosubmit a complaint on the website. Read more
