Another price issue with Papa John's. The valid $3.00 off coupon didn't work with over the phone ordering. But the person... couldn't explain that to me before ending our call (Bad customer service). It also didn't work for online ordering and wouldn'treflect the coupon price even though it was accepted (scam to get orders?). Food quality was good though and my order wasaccurate! Read more
The cashier was very friendly.. The pizza wasnt so good. The middle was lost raw. The sauce had a funny taste. I only went here... because of a coupon. I did notice a Drive thru. Read more
Papa Johns has the best pizza hands down. I come here literally 3 or so times a week. I'm obsessed. They cook the food fast, ... usually place my order and I'm out within 10 Mins. It's soo good! Order here, eat here, it's plentiful???? Read more
The pizza was a bit dry and overcooked, but overall I was pleased with the rest of my order!
I called to order a pizza tonight. After waiting a long time to get through an automated system, the person taking the order had... an accent I could not understand. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself and eventually, he hung up on me. Horrible customerservice . I have never had this issue there before. I called back and through the automated system I chose the option to speakto a manager and told her what happened. She told me that that was the call center and took my order. Read more
I'm not sure why it's becoming a thing but when I go to chains to get pizza it tends to be undercooked and doughy. The pizza I... got today was just that, undercooked. I shouldn't pay for a pizza just to cook it a second time the second it arrives. Overalldisappointed with most pizza places and Papa John's is the second one I'm not going to anymore. Read more
Ordered on line took money and when it was to be delivered they didnt show so called and got money back.then call to order and... get someone not at thelocation messing up the order. 2 pizzas not hard. So went to location and placed order in person. Toopeople who didn't care of mess up or were very friendly. We won't go back. Read more
The only good thing 'bout them I can honestly say? They can follow the Papa Johns recipes, I guess, so food is still good.... Delivery and customer service on the other hand is not that great. We now only do carry out...order, pay, leave. Read more
